APPLINIX is an international Web3 company. We run several projects related to a crypto exchange, tokens and crypto services. The specific project for each candidate is decided together after the interview, based on your experience and expertise.
 

Who we are looking for

We are expanding our Influence / KOL Marketing team and looking for someone who knows the Web3/crypto influencer market from the inside: who is relevant right now, who has a real audience, and what integrations actually cost.

Your goal is to build a stable influencer acquisition channel on YouTube, X (Twitter) and Telegram across Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs.
 

Key responsibilities

1. Find and research relevant Web3/crypto influencers on YouTube, X (Twitter) and Telegram.
2. Vet audience quality: fake followers and views, bots, engagement, GEO and relevance to a crypto audience.
3. Reach out and negotiate terms: fixed fee, CPA, RevShare, hybrid models, price negotiation.
4. Launch and manage integrations: briefs, promo codes and referral links, monitoring content delivery.
5. Analyze results for each influencer, decide whether to scale or stop, and report on performance.

About 70–80% of your time goes to finding and vetting influencers, negotiating and analyzing performance.
 

Recurring tasks: monitoring the crypto market and new influencers, communicating with existing partners, weekly reporting, budget optimization.
 

Occasional tasks: special projects and large integrations, crypto conferences, investigating fake engagement and fraud, testing new GEOs and formats, feedback for product and promo.
 

Out of scope: producing creatives or content yourself, SEO, classic Google/Meta media buying, user support, product development.
 

Requirements

• 2+ years in influencer marketing or buying traffic through influencers in Web3/crypto. 3–4+ years preferred.
• Experience with Web3/crypto projects: exchanges, tokens, DeFi, NFT, crypto services.
• Influencer / KOL marketing as your main channel.
• Hands-on experience with YouTube, X (Twitter) and Telegram in the crypto niche.
• Knowledge of relevant crypto influencers in Tier-1 and Tier-2. Experience with all GEOs is a plus, but knowing influencers in at least some of them is required.
• Proven results from your past campaigns.
• Your own network of influencer contacts.
• Tools: Social Blade, TGStat / Telemetr, X analytics, promo codes and referral links, Google Sheets / Excel.
• English B2+.
   

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming / Gambling, Affiliate, Performance Marketing.
• LunarCrush, Kaito, HypeAuditor, vidIQ, Keitaro, partner CRM.
• Understanding of on-chain activity and crypto payments.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese for LatAm.
• Product mindset and fresh ideas.
• Networking and activity at crypto conferences.

How we measure success

• Number of integrations purchased.

• Negotiation quality: discount from list price, price vs. market, favorable payment model.
• Influencer results: target actions via promo codes and referral links, cost per action, ROI.

• Turn each research piece into multiple posts and distribution experiments
• Test hooks, formats, timing, channels, and CTAs

What we’re looking for

Someone who enjoys growth and distribution, experiments constantly, and has experience growing a newsletter, creator account, media product, or similar audience.

You should think beyond posting content. The job is to figure out how to get valuable research in front of more of the right people.

Compensation

Base compensation + percentage of incremental subscription revenue.

The better the newsletter grows, the more you earn.

Nine social accounts for Sena went live on September 17. Right now nobody is running them. No LinkedIn manager either. You take all.

What you will actually do

- Run Sena's channels end to end: LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
- Spot a trend in the morning, shoot it on your phone, cut it, post it the same day. Then check what it did.
- Be on camera. Most of what you post has your face in it.
- Turn a dry B2B subject into something people watch. Consumer behavior, market shifts, what companies get wrong about their own customers.
- Write and run LinkedIn yourself. Posts, comments, DMs, the account has had nobody behind it.
- Repack existing video assets for every platform.
- Report on what worked. Views, retention, followers, clicks. You own the numbers, not just the posting.

What we are looking for

- Your posts. Your own account, a brand you ran, a channel you built, does not matter. Show us the link.
- You are comfortable on camera in English and you do not die three seconds in.
- You understand trend cycles. You know a format that is live this week from one that peaked last year.
- You can shoot and cut a vertical video yourself. Phone-level editing is fine.
- You write. Short, sharp, funny. Not corporate. (We will provide a reference we like).
- Bonus: you have done this for a B2B or SaaS brand and know how to make a serious subject watchable and know how to make B2B SaaS viral anw watch worthy. 

What we are not looking for

- Agency account managers with a deck of carousel templates.
- Anyone who needs a three-week content calendar before posting anything.
- Anyone who has only ever scheduled posts someone else wrote.

How this works

You report to marketing leadership. They give you the direction and the message. You decide the format, the trend and the execution. Weekly review on numbers, not approval on every video.

Most of what you try will not land. That is the job. We are hiring for the one in ten that does.
