Твої майбутні задачі:

• Створювати тексти для сайту: матеріали для акцій, спеціальних пропозицій, банери, огляди тощо – в межах маркетингових і продуктових активностей.

• Тримати цілісний Tone of Voice бренду: витримувати стиль і характер у всіх типах контенту – незалежно від теми, обсягу чи каналу.

• Писати, адаптувати й локалізувати тексти англійською мовою для CRM, сайту та суміжних маркетингових задач.

• Створювати тексти для CRM-комунікацій: емейли, пуші, поп-апи, SMS, повідомлення в Telegram і Viber – лаконічно, чітко, у нашому стилі.

• Підлаштовувати контент під конкретні сегменти аудиторії.

• Працювати з UI/UX, дизайном і продактом – копірайт у нас скрізь, і він має звучати в унісон.

• Брати участь у креативних брейнштормах – ми завжди шукаємо нові ідеї.

• Вичитувати, оптимізовувати та оновлювати тексти – часто швидко, але якісно.

Що точно необхідно:

• Досвід у копірайтингу від 3 років (рівень Middle/Senior).

• Досвід у маркетингу, iGaming, CRM або суміжних сферах.

• Вільне володіння українською мовою, бездоганна грамотність (очікуємо глибоке знання мови – будемо звертати увагу на стилістику, пунктуацію й мовну точність у тестовому завданні).

• Англійська – від рівня B2 і вище: вміти не лише працювати з англомовними джерелами, а й самостійно писати, адаптувати та локалізувати тексти англійською мовою, а також якісно вичитувати й допрацьовувати AI-драфти без втрати змісту, тону й маркетингової сили меседжу.

• Уміння писати лаконічно, емоційно й у форматі, який чіпляє.

• Універсальність: легко перемикаєшся між жанрами, тональністю й обсягами.

• Відповідальність, уважність до деталей.

Буде плюсом:

• Розуміння iGaming, бонусних механік, беттінгу.

• Досвід у CRM: емейли, пуші, SMS, месенджери.

• Вміння адаптувати тональність під різні аудиторії – від VIP до новачків.

• Знання спортивної термінології та правил, а також досвід роботи з текстами про спорт та спортивні події.

Role overview
This role owns the performance of our provider network — the core supply engine of the business. You will manage existing providers while continuously sourcing and onboarding new ones to ensure stable, high-quality lead flow. Your success is measured by the quality, volume, and consistency of what providers deliver, and how it impacts revenue.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the full provider lifecycle - from sourcing and onboarding to performance management and accountability
• Monitor provider performance across lead quality, volume, conversion rates, and refunds
• Identify and act on quality issues and delivery drops before they impact revenue
• Push providers to improve output and marketplace fit, not just maintain current performance
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new providers to ensure continuous supply growth
• Reduce dependency on individual providers by expanding and diversifying the network
• Collaborate with internal teams to align provider output with client demand and business needs

• 2+ years of experience managing vendors, affiliates, partners, or external performance-based relationships
• Proven ability to hold partners accountable to quality and delivery standards
• Experience sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and onboarding external partners

• High level of organization - able to manage 50+ relationships without losing control

Creative Marketing Manager

We’re not looking for a typical production manager.
 We’re looking for someone who sees meaning where others see just creatives.

This role is about generating ideas, crafting messages, and building creatives that don’t just look good – they capture attention, connect, and convert.

What you’ll do:

• Generate ideas for marketing creatives (videos, banners, UGC, stories)

• Work with messaging: shape clear, powerful concepts tailored to the target audience

• Write copy for ads (hooks, offers, scripts, captions)

• Turn marketing tasks into strong creative concepts

• Collaborate closely with designers and video editors to bring ideas to life

• Brief creatives clearly (visual direction, angles, messaging)

• Review and improve outputs to ensure they match the idea and performance goals

• Analyze what works and scale winning ideas

• Work with marketing, sales, and CRO teams

• Use AI tools to generate ideas, angles, and copy

This role is for you if you:

• Can generate a high volume of ideas, not wait for inspiration

• Understand that copywriting = revenue, not just text
