We’re looking for someone who sees meaning where others see just creatives.
This role is about generating ideas, crafting messages, and building creatives that don’t just look good – they capture attention, connect, and convert.
What you’ll do:
Generate ideas for marketing creatives (videos, banners, UGC, stories)
Work with messaging: shape clear, powerful concepts tailored to the target audience
Write copy for ads (hooks, offers, scripts, captions)
Turn marketing tasks into strong creative concepts
Collaborate closely with designers and video editors to bring ideas to life
Brief creatives clearly (visual direction, angles, messaging)
Review and improve outputs to ensure they match the idea and performance goals
Analyze what works and scale winning ideas
Work with marketing, sales, and CRO teams
Use AI tools to generate ideas, angles, and copy
This role is for you if you:
Can generate a high volume of ideas, not wait for inspiration
Understand that copywriting = revenue, not just text
Can clearly communicate your ideas to designers and editors
Know how to translate an idea into a visual and video execution
Give precise, structured feedback instead of “make it better”
Understand the difference between “looks good” and “performs well”
Think in terms of customer psychology (pain points, desires, triggers)
Enjoy testing, iterating, and improving constantly
What matters most:
Strong copywriting (hooks, offers, structure)
Idea generation and concept thinking
Ability to work effectively with designers and editors
Clear briefing and feedback skills
Understanding of performance marketing (CTR, CPL, etc.)
Structured thinking: from idea → execution → result
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for creatives that directly impact key metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions)
Full cycle: idea → copy → production → analysis → iteration
Work across formats: video, static, UGC, AI-generated creatives
