    Communication with clients is entirely in English. Stable marketing that gives more than 100 "warmed up" leads every month.

    The SDR's job is to qualify "incoming clients" and find potential clients to pass them on to sales managers.

     

    What we offer:

    • Work under an official contract in a company registered in the USA.
    • Base salary: $600
      Bonus for each assigned Outbound SQL - $20
      Bonus for each assigned Inbound SQL - $8
      Total monthly income, base salary + bonuses = 800-1500
    • Opportunity to advance to SDR Team Leader or Account Executive / B2B Sales.

     

    How the sales department is structured:

    • Marketing: leads/requests are received on our websites and social networks, after which they leave requests and get into the CRM (HubSpot)
    • Appointment Setter / SDR ( first-line managers) : process incoming leads/applications (MQL) and qualify them for budget and need for our product (SQL). If the lead is suitable for us, the first-line manager schedules a video meeting with the sales manager.
    • Account Executive (Sales Manager): receives a qualified lead (SQL) with demonstrated interest in our product and budget, in CRM (HubSpot), with whom the Appointment Setter/SDR has already booked a meeting (demo call) for him.

     

    Appointment Setter / SDR ( first line managers) task:

    • Establish contact with the lead via email correspondence in HubSpot and on Linkedin, conducting a basic analysis of the lead's company and selecting relevant "cases" for him among our clients.
    • Conduct initial telephone call/cold calling to the prospected customer
    • Schedule a meeting for the client with the Account Executive.
    • Enter customer data into HubSpot CRM.
    • If the client does not show up for the meeting, contact him and reschedule the meeting for a convenient time.

       

    What we expect from you:

    • Experience of at least 1 year in the role of SDR / Appointment Setter (first-line managers), with clients in the B2B sphere, ideally in the SaaS, IT, CRM, Automation, EdTech industry.
    • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM: 1 year of practical experience.
    • Knowledge of English at level C1+
    • The last year of sales experience has been exclusively in English.

    • Guide prospects through environment readiness: AD/Entra ID integration, SSO, DNS, SSL, storage paths, firewall, and load balancer requirements. Validate everything works before go-live.
    • Work directly with customer security teams during architecture reviews and technical questionnaires.
    • Design reference architectures for deployments from 200–5,000 users across on-prem and cloud storage.
    • Conduct deployment check-ins with post-sale customers through go-live, ensuring smooth POC-to-production transitions. Hand off to Customer Success with complete documentation and risk notes.
    • Provide product feedback to our PM based on field insights.

     

    What You Bring

    Technical Skills

    • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID, including SSO via SAML, ADFS, and OIDC.
    • Deep knowledge of Windows file sharing, NTFS permissions, and SMB.
    • Solid networking fundamentals: DNS, SSL/TLS, reverse proxies, load balancers, firewalls.
    • Enterprise storage experience β€” on-prem file servers, NAS, Azure Files, or similar.
