Requirements:

• 5 years of commercial experience as a .NET Developer
• Very good knowledge of .NET / ASP.NET
• Experience with CMS-based websites (experience with Umbraco is a strong advantage)
• Good understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments
• Ability to work with existing codebases and long-term maintenance projects
• Attention to code quality, performance, and reliability
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international team
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Tax residence in Ukraine is required*

Nice-to-have:

• Hands-on experience with Umbraco CMS

As part of the Marketing Team, the Senior Channel Marketing Specialist will own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement across email, push notifications, and on-site channels.

What You Will Do

• Platform & Campaign Management:
  • Utilize Iterable, Braze, or similar tools to build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys across email, push, and on-site channels, owning end-to-end execution.
• Data & Optimization:
  • Leverage customer data and behavioral insights for segmentation, personalization, and campaign strategy
  • Run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations to continuously improve channel effectiveness and business metrics.
• Collaboration: 
  • Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration with product, analytics, sales, copywriting, and design teams.

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or channel marketing, with proven ownership of multi-channel campaigns and measurable impact

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Braze, etc.) and CRM systems
• Experience with continuous A/B testing 
• Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing principles

🚀 What you’ll do:

• Produce video and static creatives for Meta, TikTok, Native, and Search traffic sources
• Execute tasks like Low / Translate / Refresh / Adaptation based on performance KPIs
• Quickly iterate on winning concepts and scale what works
• Shoot simple UGC-style footage when needed
• Participate in team meetings, 1-on-1s, and brainstorming sessions
• Maintain organized workflow and upload all projects to Google Drive on time

🧠 Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects & Photoshop
• Understanding of design principles and visual theory
• Ability to shoot simple video content (smartphone + lighting setup)
• Experience with AI voice tools (ElevenLabs, TopMediaAI, Lovo.ai, etc.)
• Experience with subtitle tools (Veed, CapCut, Kapwing, etc.)
• Basic understanding of AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Bard, etc.) for creative tasks

💡 Nice to have:

• Experience creating ad creatives (video/static) for social media — especially TikTok
• Strong understanding of technical requirements for Meta & TikTok ads
• Knowledge of platform policies (Meta, TikTok)
• Experience using spy tools & trend analysis platforms (Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center, etc.)
• Experience with AI-generated visuals (images/video)
