• Identify blockers early and escalate when needed
• Keep internal documentation (e.g., task descriptions, deadlines, project status) clear and up to date
• Support in light communication with external partners or clients (optional)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management in tech or product teams
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
• Experience using Trello, Notion, Jira, or similar task tracking tools
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Communicating with technical team members (developers, designers, DevOps)
• Able to work independently, proactively, and asynchronously

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex software products
• Ability to create or manage project reports, spreadsheets, or task boards
• Comfortable working in a startup-style environment (fast-paced, changing priorities)
