We're building a cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android) for Bookingagentinfo.com using React Native that connects to an existing WordPress backend. The web product is already live with an established user base and membership/subscription system. The app needs to authenticate existing users, gate content based on membership level, and surface core product features in a clean, native mobile experience.

What you'll build:
- User authentication via WordPress REST API (JWT-based login using existing credentials)
- Membership/subscription gating — different experiences for free vs paying users
- Search interface across a large dataset with filters
- Profile and detail screens
- News/activity feed
- Map-based event discovery
- App Store and Google Play submission

Tech stack:
- React Native with Expo
- WordPress REST API + JWT authentication
- Existing membership plugin API (details shared on engagement)

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience shipping React Native apps to both the App Store and Google Play — links to live apps required
- Strong WordPress REST API experience, including authentication flows
- Experience with membership or subscription gating in mobile apps
- Comfortable working from a product spec and making sensible implementation decisions independently
- Clear, proactive communicator — we're non-technical on our end
- Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)

We are now expanding our Payments Operations team in Dubai and are looking for a Banking & Payment Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day banking and payment processes.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on Banking & Payment Operations Manager who will manage banking operations, payment flows, and financial coordination across company entities.

This role is about execution, accuracy, and control of financial operations - working directly with banks, compliance teams, and internal finance/legal structures.

You will be the person who makes sure that accounts are opened, payments are processed, and financial operations run smoothly across jurisdictions.

What You Will Do

Corporate Setup & Banking

• Coordinate company setup in the UAE with relevant authorities
• Support license extensions and regulatory processes
• Lead bank account opening process across different jurisdictions
• Work with legal advisors on documentation and onboarding

Banking & Payment Operations

• Manage relationships with banks, EMIs, and PSPs
• Handle daily communication with banking partners
• Open and maintain operational accounts
• Work with transaction flows, banking systems, and payment processes
• Execute and monitor payments across company entities

Financial Tracking & Control

• Track expenses across entities
• Maintain internal ledgers and financial records
• Reconcile accounts and transactions
• Monitor banking fees, commissions, and FX costs

Invoicing & Documentation

• Prepare and issue invoices
• Maintain documentation for financial operations
• Support internal reporting and transaction justification

Banking Conditions & Optimization

• Communicate with banks to improve FX rates and fees
• Negotiate better banking conditions where possible
• Compare costs across providers and suggest improvements

Compliance Communication

• Communicate with compliance teams of banks and PSPs
• Explain transactions when required
• Support KYC / AML documentation together with legal team
• Help resolve banking questions quickly and clearly

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• Background in banking operations, fintech operations, or payments
• Experience with corporate bank accounts
• Experience in transaction management or financial operations
• Crypto or liquidity operations experience is a plus (nice to have)
