Banking and Corporate Setup Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE (hybrid, on-site required)

We are a financial group operating across multiple jurisdictions (UAE, Europe, Asia), working with banking partners, EMIs, PSPs, and liquidity providers.
We build and manage payment and banking infrastructure that supports international financial operations across different markets.
We are now expanding our Payments Operations team in Dubai and are looking for a Banking & Payment Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day banking and payment processes.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a hands-on Banking & Payment Operations Manager who will manage banking operations, payment flows, and financial coordination across company entities.
This role is about execution, accuracy, and control of financial operations - working directly with banks, compliance teams, and internal finance/legal structures.
You will be the person who makes sure that accounts are opened, payments are processed, and financial operations run smoothly across jurisdictions.
What You Will Do
Corporate Setup & Banking
- Coordinate company setup in the UAE with relevant authorities
- Support license extensions and regulatory processes
- Lead bank account opening process across different jurisdictions
- Work with legal advisors on documentation and onboarding
Banking & Payment Operations
- Manage relationships with banks, EMIs, and PSPs
- Handle daily communication with banking partners
- Open and maintain operational accounts
- Work with transaction flows, banking systems, and payment processes
- Execute and monitor payments across company entities
Financial Tracking & Control
- Track expenses across entities
- Maintain internal ledgers and financial records
- Reconcile accounts and transactions
- Monitor banking fees, commissions, and FX costs
Invoicing & Documentation
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Maintain documentation for financial operations
- Support internal reporting and transaction justification
Banking Conditions & Optimization
- Communicate with banks to improve FX rates and fees
- Negotiate better banking conditions where possible
- Compare costs across providers and suggest improvements
Compliance Communication
- Communicate with compliance teams of banks and PSPs
- Explain transactions when required
- Support KYC / AML documentation together with legal team
- Help resolve banking questions quickly and clearly
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- Background in banking operations, fintech operations, or payments
- Experience with corporate bank accounts
- Experience in transaction management or financial operations
- Crypto or liquidity operations experience is a plus (nice to have)
Skills
- Strong analytical and numerical mindset
- Comfortable working with financial data and transactions
- Good communication skills with banks and compliance teams
- Detail-oriented and structured approach
- Ability to multitask across entities and deadlines
Languages
- English - required
- Russian - strong advantage
- Arabic - nice to have
