• The problem: Our ads run, but our feed constantly fights for survival. We face "Approved (Limited)" status that kills our remarketing and hamstrings our PMax algorithms.

What You Will Own

• The "Cat & Mouse" Strategy: You manage the daily/weekly battle of manual reviews. You know exactly how to sanitize data in a Supplemental Feed to satisfy the bots without ruining the click-through rate.
   
• Architecting for Restrictions: You determine the campaign mix. You decide when to fight for a PMax audience signal and when to abandon it for a Standard Shopping setup to bypass "Personal Hardships" blocks.
   
• The "Why" Behind the Performance: You don’t just report that ROAS is down. You diagnose why. (e.g., "We lost the 'Approved' status on Product X, so PMax lost retargeting data. I’m shifting budget to Search until we fix the feed.")
   
• Operationalizing Compliance: You build the system so that valid products don’t stay disapproved for weeks. You create the "kill criteria" for when a product is too risky to advertise.

The Role

We’re hiring 3-5 Native Ads Media Buyers to scale our paid acquisition. You’ll launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across native ad platforms including RevContent, Taboola, Outbrain, MediaGo and more. 

You’ll partially work with proven funnels, established offers, and existing creative assets. Your focus: campaign optimization, scaling winners, testing new angles and audiences.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on native ad buying at $1,000+/day spend levels
• Proven profitable campaigns with measurable ROAS
• Experience with advertorial and presell page funnels
• Strong data analysis skills and fast optimization decisions
• E-commerce, fashion, health, or supplements experience preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Compensation

• Base: $1,500-4,000/month (experience dependent)
• Performance bonus: upwards of multiple 5 figures a month
• Scaling bonuses for growing profitable spend
• Realistic total: $5,000-10,000+/month, uncapped for top performers

A Ukrainian product iGaming company (online casino) is looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to scale operations across Tier-1 markets.

The company is already operating in the Canadian market and is planning active expansion into the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the Netherlands.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and onboarding new affiliate partners
• Working with media buying teams (web teams) and purchasing traffic
• Scaling traffic across Tier-1 GEOs
• Managing traffic sources: Facebook (Meta) and SEO
• Negotiating partnership terms and monitoring performance
• Analyzing KPIs and optimizing traffic and budgets
• Contributing to building and developing the affiliate direction from scratch

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 GEOs (UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Netherlands)
• Hands-on experience purchasing traffic from media buying teams
• Experience working with Facebook and SEO traffic sources
• Strong traffic scaling experience
• Established network of affiliates and media buying teams
• Experience working in product iGaming companies or affiliate networks
• Startup experience is a plus
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
