• Own the marketing strategy across the Group, aligned with business goals and growth targets

• Identify key growth channels, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable impact

• Lead collaboration between internal teams, agencies, and contractors

• Build a scalable mix of in-house + outsourced marketing resources

• Set clear KPIs, track performance, and act as the key decision-maker for marketing

AI-Driven Marketing & Innovation

• Implement AI tools across marketing workflows — from content creation to analytics

• Explore and test new AI-driven growth opportunities before competitors do

• Drive automation and efficiency, making AI a core part of how we operate

Creative & Content Direction

• Generate and champion creative ideas for campaigns, positioning, and brand storytelling

• Bring fresh perspectives — challenge the status quo, experiment with formats and channels

• Ensure all marketing output is high-quality, on-brand, and resonates with our B2B tech audience

What We're Looking For

Must-have

• 3+ years in marketing, including strategic or leadership roles

• Strong experience in B2B / tech / SaaS marketing

• Hands-on experience with AI tools in marketing (content, automation, analytics)

• Understanding of AI-driven workflows and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)

• Experience working with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams

• Strong project management skills; ability to build processes from scratch

• Creative mindset with a structured approach to execution

• English level: B1+

Big Plus

• Degree or formal education in marketing, communications, or related field

• Track record of launching creative campaigns with measurable results

• Experience building a marketing function from the ground up
