    We are actively expanding and inviting an Affiliate Manager to join our team, who will have complete freedom in decision-making and implementing his ideas.

     

    What we expect from you:

     

    - 2+ year of experience in the gambling vertical (must be recent, within the last 6 months)
    - Strong skills in traffic analysis
    - Proficiency with Google Docs and large spreadsheets
    - Deep understanding of CPI, CPL, CPA, CPM, ROI metrics 
    - Experience working with various traffic sources
    - Proven success in partner acquisition across FB, YouTube, ASO, In-App (case studies required)
    - Experience running landing page tests and working with conversion optimization
    - Familiarity with all payment models
    - Ability to set up Web IDs and postbacks

    - Knowledge of English or other languages will be a plus.

     

    Your responsibilities will be:

     

    - Constantly connect new partners and track the work of all involved partners, achieve and improve conversion rates, because you know exactly how to work with CPA traffic - your main task;

    - Attract new partners through various channels and conclude agreements with them on the CPA model;

    - Manage our own affiliate network: provide feedback and promotional materials to improve our product, as well as monitor reliable information about our product on their sources, promote our product to the TOP rankings and constantly look for methods to increase traffic;

    - Analyze the financial performance of the involved partners;

    - Test and analyze new partners, campaigns, and ads to maximize profitability;

    - Systematize all elements of your work to grow faster and increase partner traffic;

    - Report to the management on the results of work.

    - 2+ years of work experience in a similar position;

    - Your English level is Upper-Intermediate+;

    - Experience in conducting A/B testing and gathering information from it;

    - You possess a genuine enthusiasm for data analysis and interpretation.

     

    Would be a plus:

     

    - Experience in working with Google, TikTok and other traffic sources;

    We seek an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build an affiliate marketing vertical from scratch. This role drives business growth by realizing the potential of an additional marketing channel to accelerate the user acquisition of the business.
    You will be working under the leadership of one of the top CMOs in Ukraine, Max Lukominskyi.

    Your tasks:

    • Design a strategy based on the business needs and implement the strategy;
    • Execute the tasks related to the affiliate marketing;
    • Build the affiliate marketing into an important and significant revenue stream and brand improvement tool:
      - Set up and develop the connections with affiliate team and web masters;
      - Design the offer, placement and acquisition strategy;
      - Find unit economics with affiliate marketing channel.


    About you:

    • 2+ years of work experience of proven experience in affiliate marketing;
    • Advanced English is a must for us;
    • You have a track record of successful projects;
    • Good knowledge of unit economics and experience of developing IT products;
