    Responsibilities:

     

    • 2+ years of experience in digital or lifecycle marketing with a strong focus on building and optimizing automation workflows.
    • Hands-on experience with email and/or push notifications for mobile and web products, including lifecycle and transactional use cases.
    • Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate experiments to drive measurable impact on business metrics.
    • Experience working with at least one major ESP or marketing automation platform.
    • Strong understanding of user segmentation principles, lifecycle logic, and data-driven personalization.
    • Confident use of analytical and database tools to evaluate campaign performance and inform optimization decisions.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business goals into CRM execution.
    • Strong written communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

       

    Would be a plus:

     

    • Experience working in the wellness / health & fitness domain.
    • Hands-on experience with both email and push notifications across web and mobile products.
    • Experience in monetizing web traffic, including conversion funnels and CRM-driven revenue flows.

    • Lead research, journey mapping, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI across ToneUp, Hackathon App, Pods, and new experimental products. Simplify complex workflows into elegant experiences while balancing speed, craft, and business impact.
    • Rapidly prototype and test ideas using Figma, Framer/Webflow, and AI tools. Run fast experiments to validate onboarding, feature adoption, retention, and engagement. Treat design as a continuous build–measure–learn loop.
    • Build and evolve a scalable design system across web, product, and community touchpoints. Create reusable components and partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.
    • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, advocate for user-centered thinking, and mentor future designers as the team grows.

    About the role

    As a Python Engineer at Syndicode, you will design and develop scalable, secure backend services that power our mobile applications. You’ll build and maintain RESTful/GraphQL APIs, implement business logic, manage database architecture, and ensure high performance, reliability, and data integrity.
