We develop and operate an end-to-end platform for car sharing and vehicle rental, currently used by customers in Germany, Austria, and Spain.

The Role

As Tech Lead, you will take on a central bridging role between Engineering and company leadership. You will work closely with the CTO, support them operationally, and ensure that the platform keeps pace with the company’s growth — both technically and organisationally.

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Further development and maintenance of the modular Java / Jakarta EE platform, including shared responsibility for architectural decisions

Operations & Quality

• Shared responsibility for monitoring, alerting, and incident response AWS CloudWatch, Sentry, Crashlytics

Must-Have

• Several years of experience in backend development with Java — Jakarta EE / Java EE / Spring — in production systems
• Strong experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), as well as a strong quality mindset and interest in software craftsmanship
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer with team responsibility

Job Summary

The Account Business Partner is the key strategic partner for client accounts, responsible for the commercial and administrative ownership of the portfolio. Your mission is to transform standard service delivery into a deeply integrated partnership by acting as the client’s trusted advisor and using your technical expertise to support pre-sales activities, identify upsell opportunities, and drive account growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage 2–3 key accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of each client’s business goals and pain points

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack Engineer with deep experience in Python and React who is also very comfortable with harness engineering—building the surrounding tooling, automation, testing scaffolding, execution environments, and orchestration layers that allow systems, agents, workflows, and product features to be developed, validated, and run reliably at scale.

This role is ideal for an engineer who can move fluidly between backend services, frontend product development, automation frameworks, integration layers, and developer tooling. You should be equally comfortable shipping user-facing features and building the technical harnesses that make systems testable, observable, repeatable, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full stack applications using Python on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Design and implement APIs, services, and orchestration layers for product workflows and internal tools.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and deployment practices.
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and make sound engineering tradeoffs.
