You will be working on selling marketing and creative solutions, sponsorship packages, in-game integrations, and advanced analytics specifically within the eSports industry.

 

Ukrainian marketing agency specializing in esports and sports, operating at the intersection of brands, content, and the gaming audience.

 

The company focuses on creating comprehensive marketing solutions for brands in the eSports sector: from strategy to campaign execution.

 

Main Areas of work:

Provides a full range of services in esports:

  • marketing and creative solutions;
  • sponsorship integrations;
  • in-game integrations;
  • results-driven advertising campaigns;
  • analytics and a performance-based approach;

 

The agency also:

  • works with tournaments, teams, and influencers;
  • helps brands build long-term communication with the gaming audience;
  • transforms content into a tool for user acquisition and retention;

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Attract A-level clients (large brands, holdings) in eSports;
• Build and develop a partner network, drive sales growth;
• Lead negotiations, influence decisions, and drive upsells;
• Conduct meetings and presentations with potential partners;
• Prepare commercial offers and close deals;
• Maintain CRM records;
• Participate in sales strategy development and brainstorming;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams;

 

Skills we value:
- 2+ years in B2B Sales;
- Strong client base (FMCG, gaming brands, fintech, etc.);
- Experience building long-term partnerships;
- Ability to manage long sales cycles;
- Proven track record of closing deals $30k+;
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills;
- Excellent presentation skills;

- Advanced English (preferred);

- Understanding of the esports industry and a strong desire to grow within it;
