We’re looking for a Brand Protection Lawyer who understands how digital violations work in practice: fake websites, mirrors, trademark abuse, unauthorized apps, and social channels. This role is for someone who knows how to act, not just observe.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and submit takedown notices (copyright, trademark, DMCA)
- Communicate with domain registrars, hosting providers, and digital platforms
- Initiate blocking of fake websites, mirrors, mobile applications, Telegram channels, and other infringing resources
- Prepare legal claims and formal complaints
- Manage domain disputes (UDRP / WIPO)
- Conduct daily monitoring for trademark, copyright, and brand violations
- Investigate new infringement cases and propose counter-measures
Prepare regular reports on detected violations and actions taken
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Relevant hands-on experience in brand protection, anti-piracy, or digital enforcement
- Practical experience working with domains and takedown procedures
- English — minimum B1+, sufficient for written communication with registrars, hosting providers, and platforms
