Who are we searching for?

What you’ll do

• Define and drive the product strategy based on data, research, and market insights.
• Analyze product funnels, retention cohorts, and user behavior to uncover opportunities for growth and monetization.
• Design, prioritize, and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion, engagement, and churn.
• Build and track a robust KPI framework (conversion, LTV, CAC, churn, retention) to measure success and guide decision-making.
• Develop and implement data-driven initiatives for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Optimize event tracking and data collection to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.
• Conduct deep user research to combine qualitative insights with quantitative data.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and leadership to align execution with strategic goals.
• Lead the product team with focus on impact, not just delivery.
   

What you’ll need

• 4+ years of experience in mobile product management with a strong focus on data and strategy.
• Proven track record in growth, analytics, and experimentation.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Firebase, Adapty, OneSignal, etc.).
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear product decisions.
• Experience in managing product roadmaps with a hypothesis-driven, prioritization framework.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team and take a leading role in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards that transform business data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in data visualization, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop interactive and informative dashboards in Power BI for business data visualization. Ensure dashboards are optimized for performance and user experience. 
• Design and optimize data models to enable efficient analysis and reporting. 
• Establish best practices for data organization and governance within Power BI. 
• Utilize DAX and SQL for advanced data processing and analysis. 
• Apply foundational BI concepts to deliver actionable insights. 
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and align deliverables. 
• Work with relational and non-relational databases for data sourcing. 
• Integrate data from various sources, including databases, cloud services, and APIs. 
• Create custom visuals to enhance the understanding of complex datasets.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

— Providing support and responding to all the customer's needs and concerns

— Supporting all the channels during the shift

— Maintaining constant communication with the team to solve the customer's issues

Requirements:

— Prior experience in Customer Support is a plus, however not necessary. We will be glad to hear from ambitious people who are eager to learn and obtain new skills in this field.
— Willingness to work morning (07.00 − 15.00), evening (15.00 − 23.00) and night (23.00 − 07.00) shifts is a MUST.

— Stress resistance, ability to remain patient and sympathetic to the customer's issues.

— English C1 or higher (both verbal and written) is a MUST
