Location: The candidate must be located in Ukraine, as the company provides work equipment (laptop and headset).

Requirements for a Candidate:

Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute the affiliate strategy for the CIS market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend services for the internal AdTech platform.

Business Development Manager — iGaming

We’re scaling the 100FTD media buying team and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who understands how the Spend Model works, knows how to build strategic partnerships, and can negotiate top-tier deals with advertisers.

We’re a product-driven iGaming team with our own infrastructure, deep traffic expertise, and fast internal processes. We focus on results, efficiency, and long-term partnerships — without unnecessary bureaucracy.

What you’ll do

• Build and develop long-term relationships with direct advertisers, operators, and iGaming brands
• Source and negotiate new partnerships with white-label / licensed advertisers
• Work with the Spend Model, understand its economics, and negotiate competitive commercial conditions
• Identify new brands, GEOs, and business opportunities for our media buying team
• Negotiate rates, budgets, KPIs, commission structures, and other partnership terms
• Manage the full BD cycle — from the first contact and negotiations to launch and scaling
• Work closely with Media Buying, Account Management, and Operations teams
• Monitor existing partnerships and identify opportunities to increase volumes and renew deals
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online meetings

• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential advertisers and consistently bring new opportunities
