    Main responsibilities

    • Supporting the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance reviews, development, offboarding.
    • Identifying business and team needs, developing HR solutions for these tasks.
    • Implementing HR processes: adaptation, training, performance evaluation, succession planning.
    • Supporting corporate culture and team engagement.
    • Analyzing HR metrics (eNPS, retention, performance data, compensation review).
    • Advising employees on HR issues (conflicts, motivation, development).
    • Working closely with other teams.

     

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience as an HR People Partner (experience in iGaming, IT, Digital, or marketing is a plus).
    • Understanding of the specifics of fast-growing companies, preferably with an international presence.
    • Practical experience in performance management, personnel development, and conflict resolution.
    • Proficiency in HR analytics, ability to work with HRIS (PeopleForce / BambooHR / equivalent).
