Business Trainer

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications and regulatory technologies. 

We are looking for a Business Trainer to join our team.

Requirements:
- Languages: Ukrainian (fluent), English (B2+)
- Education: Higher (pedagogy/HR management), additional courses in business training methodology
- Work experience: 3+ years in personnel training and development as a business trainer/methodologist, experience independently developing soft skills training programs (from scratch to launch)
 

Will be plus:

- Knowledge of Azerbaijani/Turkish/Spanish
- Experience working with various target audiences

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement soft skills training programs for business unit specialists

- Collaborate with department heads to identify and analyze training needs

- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented training programs

- Design and implement modern, AI-powered solutions for specialist training
