What do you need to join us:

• You have 2–3+ years of experience in strategic consulting, business valuation, transaction support, M&A (Big4), investment banking, venture capital or in a Strategy & Growth role at a tech company.
• You are an expert in financial modeling and business analysis.
• Skilled in company valuation using DCF and Multiples methods.
• You have experience working with data and conducting market analysis.
• AI-fluency – you’re proficient with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-powered productivity tools.

What will you do:

• Analyse markets, competitors, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial models, business cases, and presentations for C-level executives.
• Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and participate in due diligence processes.
• Build relationships with investors: sourcing contacts, networking, preparing regular investment updates, and maintaining the Virtual Data Room.
• Identify and analyze new niches for product launches within the R&D center.
• Support strategic decision-making by preparing analytical reports and recommendations.

We are building a privacy-focused virtual platform applying contextual integrity principles to control information flows across multiple IoT systems. The core component is a dedicated controller program that integrates with existing systems, enforces contextual norms, and involves users in real-time decisions when information flows deviate from defined rules.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Full stack development using React for frontend and Node.js for backend.
• Design and implement APIs, policy enforcement mechanisms, and secure integration with third-party systems.
• Manage data flow and database design using PostgreSQL \ MongoDB.
• Implement authentication and authorization, ensuring privacy and security standards.
• Support usability testing and collaborate with the team on system architecture.
   

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with React.js frontend frameworks.
• Backend development using Node.js, with experience in API design and system integration.
• Database design and management in PostgreSQL \ MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of privacy and security principles.
• Familiarity with contextual integrity or prior work on privacy-sensitive applications is a plus.
