    What you will be doing

    • Build and manage affiliate partnerships in Thailand and Vietnam.
    • Attract new traffic sources and onboard strong-performing affiliates.
    • Negotiate and structure deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
    • Monitor traffic quality, compliance, and player conversions.
    • Analyze results (FTD, LTV, ROI) and optimize campaigns.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive regional growth.
    • Keep track of trends, competitors, and local market insights.

    What We Expect From You
     

    •  1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming / Gambling.
    • Strong understanding of Thai and Vietnamese affiliate ecosystems.
    • Existing affiliate base or strong networking skills in local markets.
    • Knowledge of traffic metrics (FTD, LTV, ROI, GGR, NGR).
    • Experience with CPA / CPL / RevShare deals.
    • Confident communication and negotiation skills.
    • English proficiency (Thai or Vietnamese — strong plus).

     

    Would be a Plus

    Connections with local affiliate networks, arbitrage teams, and digital agencies.
    Understanding of cultural specifics and player behavior in Thailand and Vietnam.
    Experience with PPC, SEO, ASO, and local media buying.
    Experience working with Tier-3 or emerging markets.

    • Send end-of-day updates with activity summary, booked calls, and blockers.
