• Previous experience in leading QA for complex integration projects involving multiple domains or external systems;
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing principles, intent recognition systems, and conversation flow testing;
• Experience participating in QA team growth and scaling initiatives;
• Understanding of performance testing requirements and ability to coordinate load testing for high-concurrency systems;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Kubernetes), CI/CD processes, and infrastructure testing;
• Understanding of programming languages for effective communication with SDET teams and automation planning;
• Experience in establishing automation strategies and working with SDET teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA activities across AI domain with coordination of SDET specialists and QAE team members on multiple concurrent AI projects;
• Establish and maintain unified test policies, standards, and quality gates across all AI domain projects to ensure a consistent quality approach;
• Take complete ownership of quality for final deliverables before deployment, including risk analysis, stakeholder expectation management, and release decision-making;
• Plan and coordinate all testing activities across multiple AI projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and priority management between concurrent initiatives;
• Act as primary escalation point for testing and quality assurance issues, providing strategic guidance to resolve blockers and technical challenges;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including strategies, plans, test cases, and automation roadmaps aligned with AI domain requirements;
• Coordinate automation strategy development and implementation with the SDET team, ensuring proper coverage of AI specific functionality;
• Lead cross-domain collaboration with partner teams for integration testing and quality coordination;
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members through regular knowledge sharing and feedback sessions;
• Define and track QA metrics to measure team productivity, test coverage, defect trends, and overall testing process efficiency;
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and identify opportunities for quality enhancement and operational efficiency.

What We Expect from You

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role (SDR, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Customer Prospecting), preferably within e-commerce or B2B retail.
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (confident business correspondence and phone communication).
• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.).
• Proven ability to build and segment lead databases using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clutch, Google Search, etc.
• Basic call handling skills, including active listening and identifying customer pain points.

• Ability to write clear, engaging, and effective cold emails.

   

Your Responsibilities

• Research and build a database of potential clients in the B2B segment (segmentation, prioritization).
• Initial outreach via email campaigns, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct qualification calls with potential clients.
• Identify client needs and accurately document information in the CRM.
• Schedule introductory meetings or product demos.
• Maintain up-to-date lead data in the CRM and keep lead reports current.
