Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or applied data science, ideally in a production or enterprise setting.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with deep experience in machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience designing and deploying ML workflows at scale, preferably with experience in Foundry, KubeFlow, SageMaker, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with feature engineering, data imputation, sampling strategies, and evaluation techniques

We’re looking for an experienced ML/AI Developer to join our team and work on a long-term project for one of our international clients in the AI domain. If you’re passionate about building smart systems and turning data into real value — let’s talk!

About the project

Our client is developing an advanced AI platform for real-time image and video processing. The system includes components for anomaly detection, object tracking, and generative image tasks. You’ll be working on both R&D and production-level tasks, helping to design, train, and deploy machine learning models.

The tech stack is modern and scalable, built on microservices with FastAPI, Docker, and MLflow for experiment tracking. You’ll be responsible for inference pipelines, training flows, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and train ML/DL models using TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Build and maintain inference pipelines in production
• Optimize model performance and latency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions

Tech stack:

• Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• MLflow, FastAPI
• Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles

• Owning the AI development lifecycle, inclusive of preparing data for use in AI systems, exploratory data analysis, model development, model deployment and implementation, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Collaboration with a globally distributed team that is remote and spread across various time zones.

Залученість: Full-time, remote, contract cooperation. Overlap with 10–11 AM EST scrum required (equals 5–6 PM Ukraine time). Flexibility is expected for occasional meetings with Singapore and India.
