About the role

We’re building a Lean Apps Factory – a high-velocity engine that launches, tests, and scales subscription mobile apps across multiple niches (health, productivity, education, lifestyle and more).

Your mission as Marketing Growth Manager (PMM) is to turn ideas, funnels and creatives into predictable revenue – and help us design the growth playbook for every new app we ship.

Mission

Own one or more app “growth streams” end-to-end (W2W + W2A) and turn budget, funnels and creatives into predictable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives across paid acquisition, creative, product and analytics for our first apps.
• Design and run go-to-market strategies: ICPs, offers, messaging, W2W/W2A funnels, paywalls, email/onboarding.

• Tighten collaboration between Performance, Creative, Product and Data to speed up the learning loop.

Description

We are looking for a strong Communications Manager who will take ownership of our YouTube channel and Telegram community, managing content, production processes, and audience communication.

What you'll do

• YouTube Channel
• Manage the full production cycle of video content — from idea to publication
• Invite and communicate with top celebrities and guests
• Lead negotiations and reach agreements with partners and guests
• Source and coordinate videographers and external contractors
• Create and manage the content plan
• Control production processes, deadlines, and quality
• Work with channel analytics and drive performance and growth
• Telegram Channel
• Manage the channel and grow an engaged community
• Communicate with the audience and respond to comments
• Create warm-up, engaging, and native content
• Organize and host online and offline events
• Collect feedback and build long-term audience loyalty

What we're looking for

• 1–2+ years of experience managing YouTube and/or Telegram channels
• Strong understanding of YouTube and Telegram growth mechanics
• Experience organizing shoots and working with production teams
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with celebrities and influencers
• Ability to build and execute a content strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and a structured approach to work
• Experience working with contractors
• Strong, well-developed soft skills
• Experience organizing events is a plus

• Proven cases with measurable results
• Established connections with bloggers, influencers, or production teams

Role: Product Marketing & Content Manager (Part-Time, 2–4 hrs/day)

Primary Goal
Create and share valuable, engaging content that educates users, strengthens our brand, and communicates why our product is valuable to the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Improvement

• Produce content for websites, social media, emails, and other marketing channels aligned with marketing plans and strategies.
• Enhance existing content by adding research, insights, practical examples, or other valuable details.
• Create a variety of content formats: blog posts, articles, guides, social media posts, visuals, and videos.

1. Marketing Channels & Campaigns

• Develop and manage current marketing channels while launching new ones.
• Monitor campaign performance and user engagement, and suggest improvements for messaging, topics, or delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and QA teams to understand the product, target market, and customer personas to refine messaging and offers.

1. Market & Competitive Analysis

• Track industry trends and competitor activities to optimize content and marketing strategies.
• Use analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, etc.) to assess content performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

1. SEO & Digital PR

• Apply on-page and off-page SEO best practices, including keyword research and optimization.
• Work with digital PR sources to gain mentions and backlinks for company projects.
• Ensure content follows SEO principles and schema markup standards where relevant.

1. Collaboration & Adaptability

• Work closely with the founder and marketing/product teams to plan content, campaigns, and messaging.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

• Maintain a proactive attitude: no task is too small to make an impact.

   

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher; able to clearly communicate ideas in writing and verbally.

• Team player capable of working independently without micromanagement.

   

Schedule

• 3–4 hours/day, flexible across Mon–Fri.
• Quick response to emails/messages (within 24h).
• Weekly check-in meeting with founder/marketing team.
