Marketing Lead Offline
to $2500
Marketing Lead (SEO & Growth) to $2500
Who We Are Looking For: We don't need a task executor or a report-forwarding manager. We need an A-player — someone who takes full ownership of marketing and treats results as a personal responsibility. You'll be a stakeholder in the project, not just an employee.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the overall marketing strategy from scratch
- Own SEO — content planning, programmatic pages, link building, AI-driven content ops
- Drive lead generation through outreach, partnerships, and new channels
- Communicate directly with leads and partners — you represent the company's growth
- Generate ideas, run experiments, and kill what doesn't work
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years in marketing, ideally in a startup or agency environment
- Proven SEO track record — you've grown organic traffic, not just tracked it
- Experience communicating with leads or clients — confident, clear, and conversion-focused
- Self-driven with a bias for action — you don't wait to be told what to do
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Aligned with startup values: speed, ownership, and no bullshit
What You Get:
- Fully remote, flexible schedule, focus on results not logged hours
- Real ownership — your decisions shape the direction of the product
- Zero bureaucracy — direct communication with the founder, decisions in minutes
- Creative freedom to test bold ideas as long as they deliver ROI
- A chance to grow the project from $1K to $10K MRR — and be part of that story
- Compensation: up to $2,500/month depending on experience
