Affiliate Manager responsible for sourcing and recruiting creators across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, blogs, and Amazon, evaluating them based on engagement and fit, conducting outreach, onboarding affiliates, and managing relationships. The role includes creating and tracking Amazon Attribution links, monitoring performance (sales and RPD), optimizing creator pipeline through continuous outreach and pruning, coordinating PR sample distribution, and documenting workflows (SOPs) for scalability. We are looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of product-led revenue growth (MRR) across our growing portfolio of SaaS products, including:

This is a foundational role. You will define how product marketing works at TechMagic - from positioning and go-to-market to experimentation, analytics, and growth loops. The right person will have the opportunity to build and lead the product marketing direction as the portfolio and team expand.

What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for turning our products into clear, differentiated, revenue-generating SaaS businesses.

Product Marketing & Positioning

• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for each product and target segment
• Translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and use cases
• Own ICP definition, segmentation, and JTBD frameworks
• Develop and maintain core PMM assets: messaging frameworks, landing page narratives, onboarding flows, and sales enablement materials

Go-To-Market & Growth

• Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches, features, and pricing experiments
• Partner with SEO, PPC, and SDR teams to drive trial, activation, conversion, and expansion
• Own activation, conversion, retention, and monetization hypotheses
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap based on market and revenue insights

• Be accountable for MRR growth metrics, including conversion rates, churn, and LTV
• Define and track north-star and supporting metrics for each product

• 3+ years of Product Marketing experience for digital products (SaaS, B2B/B2C apps, or software platforms)
• Proven ability to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy end-to-end
• Strong revenue and funnel mindset, with experience impacting activation, conversion, retention, and MRR
• Hands-on experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Growth Marketing, and Sales/SDR teams
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into growth actions and experiments

• High level of autonomy and ownership - comfortable being the first PMM and building the function from scratch
