About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll embed with customers to design, build, and ship production software fast — full-stack apps, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI solutions built around Python or Node.js. Team Leader will lead the engineering team responsible for two established Playtech products: Marketplace, a casino content management product, and Engagement Games, a real-time gaming campaigns product.

The role combines engineering leadership, people management, and hands-on technical understanding. The Team Lead will guide the team in delivering high-quality full-stack solutions, support technical decision-making, improve engineering practices, and ensure effective collaboration with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Delivery Management, and other teams.
