We are looking for a strong Senior Full Stack Engineer who can:

• build end-to-end systems

This role is for engineers who want to create products, influence decisions, and work closely with leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale AI-powered full-stack products from idea to production
• Develop modern frontend applications using React and/or Angular
• Architect scalable backend systems, APIs, and internal services using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, automations, and workflow systems
• Use AI tools in daily development workflows to improve productivity and execution speed
• Collaborate directly with founders and product leadership
• Turn concepts into working products quickly
• Improve internal operations through smart engineering solutions
• Maintain high engineering standards while operating in a fast-moving environment
• Solve technical and operational challenges independently

Who We’re Looking For

You:

• Have 5+ years of strong engineering experience
• Can confidently work across frontend and backend
• Have hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, React, and/or Angular
• Use AI tools regularly to improve speed and efficiency
• Take ownership and drive execution without micromanagement
• Can operate effectively with incomplete information
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Prefer building over excessive process and meetings
• Move fast while maintaining quality
• Want to work on meaningful AI-driven products

Strong Advantage If You Have

• Startup or scale-up experience
• SaaS product background
• Experience building AI products
• End-to-end product delivery experience
• Strong UX/product intuition
• Systems thinking mindset
• DevOps or infrastructure experience
