• Troubleshoot IaaS and PaaS issues raised via SNow incident and meet ticket closure SLA’s;
• Documentation and knowledge sharing: create and maintain environment diagrams, playbooks, runbooks, and best practice documents;
• Communicate with internal business partners including guidance on application design.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Azure core services: Resource Manager, Virtual Machines/Scale Sets, Storage (Blob/Files), Networking (VNets, NSGs, Load Balancer, App Gateway, DNS, Private Link);
• 2+ year of experience in Windows or Linux administration, with strong problem-solving abilities;
• 2+ years of experience with Azure Kubernetes Service;
• 2+ years of experience with Terraform;
• Ability to work independently and initiate tasks without supervision and utilize strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

This role is focused on actively driving sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full sales cycle: from first outreach to deal closure and follow-ups.
• Conduct demo calls and deliver engaging product presentations.
• Follow the sales pipeline and optimise it.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and the lead base, provide reports to the Sales Lead.
• Identify client needs and guide them through a smooth and successful onboarding journey.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients via chat and video calls.
• Handle Tier 1 support requests.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales (SaaS is a plus).
• Confident in English (B2+).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Hands-on experience with client onboarding and demo calls/presentations.
