Marketing Project Manager

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications, and regulatory technologies. 

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Waterfall);
- Basic understanding of marketing processes;
- Proficient user of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
- Experience in requirements analysis, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate;
- Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions;
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
- English language proficiency not lower than Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the implementation of tasks and delegate responsibilities across the department;
- Assume responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed promptly within the specified domain;
- Evaluate the results of tasks to verify their efficacy;
- Serve as a bridge between various team members;
- Improve procedures to maximize team productivity;
- Foster cooperation and interaction with other teams within the department and broader group of companies.
