ActiveLens is building the future of voice-to-action automation.

Our AI-powered platform transforms live conversations into structured workflows — like Zapier for meetings.

We’re now developing a cross-platform desktop recorder that serves as the foundation of this experience. It captures, transcribes, and automates from real-time calls — helping users turn every conversation into action.

Join a small, senior, fully remote team solving deep technical challenges in the intersection of AI, automation, and native desktop development.

    About the Role

We’re an early-stage startup looking for a QA Automation Engineer who can also manage our AWS infrastructure and help implement security controls as we work toward SOC 2 compliance with external consultants.

    What You’ll Do:

    Primary (60–70%)

    • Build and maintain automated test frameworks (UI, API, integration)
    • Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
    • Ensure quality across web, desktop, and backend components
    • Identify, document, and track issues across environments

    Secondary (20–30%)

    • Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC)
    • Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
    • Handle deployments, monitoring, and alerting
    • Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation)

    As Needed (10–20%)

    • Implement and maintain technical security controls under SOC 2 guidance
    • Set up and monitor AWS security tooling (IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail)
    • Support documentation and compliance processes

    Requirements

    Must Have

    • 3+ years of QA automation experience (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
    • Strong scripting skills (Python or JavaScript preferred)
    • Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch)
    • CI/CD expertise (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
    • Solid understanding of API testing and automation best practices
    • Experience with Docker and containerized environments

    Nice to Have

    • AWS certifications
    • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
    • SOC 2 or other compliance experience
    • Startup background or small-team experience

    What You’ll Get

    • Opportunity to build a product from early stages
    • Tackle diverse challenges across testing, DevOps, and security
    • Gain hands-on experience with AWS and SOC 2 compliance
    • Fully remote, flexible schedule
    • Contribute to a high-impact AI automation product

On behalf of our Client, a well-established financial institution from the Caribbean region, Mobilunity is looking for a Senior DevOps(Azure) Engineer for a long-term engagement.

Our Client is the largest bank in the Caribbean region, serving 14 countries and territories. The organization is undergoing a major digital transformation — moving from a traditional banking model toward a modern fintech ecosystem powered by cutting-edge technology.

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps (Azure) Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our platforms — combining deep hands-on expertise in Azure cloud services, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure as code with strong problem-solving and optimization skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
    • Develop, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth, automated deployments
    • Manage and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes and related tooling
    • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure high availability across environments
    • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to streamline delivery processes and improve infrastructure efficiency
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in production and staging environments

    Requirements:

    • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, networking, monitoring, and security services)
    • Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
    • Practical experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting)
    • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
    • Experience managing and supporting production-grade environments with high uptime and security requirements
    • Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, ARM, or Bicep)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
    • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

    In return, we offer:

    • The friendliest community of like-minded IT people
    • Open knowledge-sharing environment – exclusive access to a rich pool of colleagues willing to share their endless insights into the broadest variety of modern technologies
    • Mobilunity Medical Insurance program is designed to meet our team’s needs
    • Paid vacations and sick leaves, including 5 paid days per year that don’t require a sick note
    • Perfect office location in the city center (900m from Lukyanivska metro station with a green and spacious neighborhood) or remote mode engagement: you can choose a convenient one for you, with a possibility to fit together both
    • No open-spaces setup – separate rooms for every team’s comfort, and multiple lounge and gaming zones
    • English classes in 1-to-1 & group modes with elements of gamification
    • Neverending fun: sports events, tournaments, music band, multiple affinity groups

🐳 Come on board, and let’s grow together! 🐳
