Technical Requirements

• Hetzner Guru: Extensive experience with Hetzner Cloud, Dedicated Servers, and their Private Networking/Robot API.
• Kubernetes Expert: Deep knowledge of K8s internals, CNI plugins (Calico/Cilium), and Ingress controllers.
• Secret Management: Proficiency with SOPS + Age for encrypting secrets within a GitOps workflow (Flux/ArgoCD experience is a plus).
• IaC: Expert-level Terraform skills, specifically with the hcloud and cloudflare providers.
• Monorepo Savvy: Experience handling large-scale NX monorepos and optimizing Node.js-based build targets.

Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey. We are establishing an R&D center in Kyiv, and are looking for top talents to join our team.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure high availability, scalability, and security
• Design, build, and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes for deploying and orchestrating microservices
• Collaborate with software development teams to streamline the CI/CD pipeline and implement automated build, test, and deployment processes
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to automate the provisioning and configuration of cloud resources
• Implement and manage configuration management tools such as Ansible to ensure consistent and efficient deployment across environments
• Monitor system performance and identify potential bottlenecks, taking proactive measures to optimize and improve overall system reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployments in a timely manner
• Participate in the on-call rotation with the DevOps team, responding to alerts and incidents outside of regular business hours
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices related to DevOps, cloud computing, and containerization
   

REQUIREMENTS
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Resilient and flexible mindset, open to changing priorities and adapting to new challenges and technologies as the business evolves
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong knowledge of containerisation technologies, particularly Kubernetes, and experience managing containerized environments
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Terraform for provisioning cloud resources.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management tools, such as Ansible
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and their integration with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools to ensure the health and performance of systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

• Upper-Intermediate English level

Саме тому ми в пошуку Junior DevOps Engineer у нашу DevOps команду, який зможе підтримувати вже існуючу інфраструктуру, брати участь в розробці інфраструктури нового покоління, аналізувати продуктивність проєктів компанії підвищуючи їх бізнес цінність.

Необхідний попередній досвід:  

• Досвід з налаштування та адміністрування серверів під керуванням ОС Linux(Ubuntu/Debian) від 1-го року;
• Досвiд роботи з командною строкою, завантажувачами у Linux;
• Досвід роботи з:
  - Networking Stack/Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, DHCP, ARP, ICMP, SMTP, SSH;
  - Проксi-серверами;
  - Системами вiртуалiзацii : ProxMox або Xen;
  - Системами контейнерiзацii : LXC або Docker;
  - Скрiптинг на bash або python.
   

Основні задачі:  

• Підтримка та консультація команди розробників;
• Моніторинг та підтримка працездатності серверів компанії;
• Управління тестовими оточеннями, допомога розробникам у їх покращенні та оптимізації;
• Управління інструментами менеджменту конфiгурацiй Ansible/Puppet задля впровадження покращень згiдно з потребами;
• Setup нових серверiв згiдно документацii;
• Супровiд працюючих сервiсiв.

Шукаємо людину яка покриє People Management задачі в команді інфраструктури, яка складається з 6-7 напрямків. 

Це IT департамент, тому роботи з продуктами компанії тут не буде. Але без цього департаменту встане роботи всієї компанії, тому імпакт в перемогу тут взагалі не менший.

Основні обов’язки:

• Управління департаментом ІТ-інфраструктури та систем: організація роботи команд, розподіл відповідальностей, розвиток компетенцій підлеглих.
• Стратегічне планування та розвиток ІТ-інфраструктури: сервери, мережі, хмарні сервіси, бази даних, резервне копіювання та системи відновлення.
• Контроль стабільності та безперервності ІТ-сервісів: забезпечення SLA, моніторинг, аварійне відновлення, готовність до запуску нових локацій.
• Управління корпоративними системами та бізнес-застосунками: ERP, 1С та інші критичні сервіси.
• Бюджетування та оптимізація витрат: формування бюджету департаменту, контроль закупівель, ефективне використання ресурсів.
• Впровадження стандартів та регламентів: політики безпеки, процедури супроводу, стандарти ITIL/ISO 27001.
• Взаємодія з підрядниками та постачальниками: контроль виконання договорів, дотримання термінів, якість послуг та обладнання.
• Звітність та аналітика для керівництва: KPI, статус-звіти, оцінка ефективності ІТ-сервісів та проєктів.
   

Вимоги до кандидата:

• Досвід роботи з on-premis інфраструктурою від 5 років, з них не менше 2 років на керівній посаді.
• Досвід управління ІТ-командами, координації роботи підрядників та постачальників ІТ-рішень.
• Глибокі знання та практичний досвід з on-premis інфраструктурою: сервери, мережі, системи зберігання даних, резервне копіювання, віртуалізація, хмарні сервіси.
• Досвід впровадження та супроводу корпоративних інформаційних систем та бізнес-застосунків (ERP, CRM, 1С тощо).
• Розуміння принципів інформаційної безпеки, досвід роботи з внутрішніми політиками та стандартами (ISO 27001, ITIL).
• Навички планування, організації роботи команди та управління ІТ-проєктами.
• Досвід бюджетування, контролю закупівель та оптимізації витрат на інфраструктуру.
