🚀 Job Vacancy: DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build, maintain, and scale our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. If you are passionate about automation, observability, and cloud-native technologies, we’d love to meet you.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable delivery
• Monitor system performance and reliability with modern observability stacks
• Maintain and improve security, scalability, and cost-efficiency of cloud environments
• Automate routine tasks to improve developer productivity
• Collaborate with developers to optimize build, test, and release workflows
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested
• Handle incident response and root cause analysis

🧰 Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or related engineering role
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles: automation, CI/CD, monitoring, security, version control
• Hands-on with Docker and container orchestration basics
• Monitoring & Alerting tools: Grafana + Prometheus experience
• Cloudflare: DNS, proxy, WAF, and caching configurations
• PostgreSQL: setup, backups, performance tuning, and monitoring
• CI/CD: Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD (pipelines, runners, templates, triggers)
• Strong Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)

🌟 Nice-to-Have / Bonus:

• Experience with Octopus Deploy
• Experience with DigitalOcean, including droplet provisioning, firewalls, and object storage
• Experience managing production services in a regulated or high-availability environment
• Knowledge of Zero Downtime Deployments, Blue/Green or Canary releases
• Familiarity with secure secrets management (Vault, SOPS, etc.)
