Job Description

As a 3D Graphics programmer you will work on rendering tech that drives Ubisoft's graphics engines.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, upgrade and maintain run-time rendering and graphics pipeline code for our games;
• Own, upgrade and maintain our rendering tools, pipeline and related code in our proprietary game engine;
• Write clear, maintainable, portable, C++ code;
• Profile game performance to assess and find rendering bottlenecks and improve overall performance;
• Work together with other international Ubisoft studios;
• Collaborate with GPU and console vendors.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of at least one graphics API (DiretX11-12/Vulkan/OpenGL4+, etc);
• Knowledge of modern rendering techniques;
• Advanced level of C++ and OOP\OOD;
• Experience with multithreading and memory management;
• Strong knowledge of 3D math;
• Understanding of GPU architecture and CPU/GPU communication;
• Intermediate level of English.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale our influencer acquisition channel. 

This is a high-impact role for someone who has hands-on experience launching and growing influencer campaigns in iGaming. You'll take ownership of the influencer direction, develop scalable processes, build strong industry relationships, and drive measurable business growth.

What you'll do:

• Build and scale the influencer marketing channel.
• Develop and execute an influencer acquisition strategy focused on sustainable growth.
• Source, negotiate, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, streamers, content creators, agencies, and communities.
• Identify new traffic opportunities and continuously expand your industry network.
• Launch and optimize campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Kick, Discord, and other relevant platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Affiliate, Design, and Analytics teams to improve campaign performance and player quality.
• Build scalable workflows and contribute to the long-term development of the influencer channel.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
• Experience working in the iGaming industry.
• Experience launching and scaling campaigns with $50,000+ monthly budgets.
• A strong network of influencers, agencies, streamers, or creator communities is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CPA, ROAS, LTV, player retention, and acquisition economics.
• Ability to independently evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
