    We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to drive customer acquisition growth across cross-border markets, build a high-performing international team, and take full ownership of performance channels, strategy, and execution.

     

    Your Mission

    Grow the number of new international buyers by 15-20% month-over-month, while keeping CAC in the limit

    This is not a one-time growth spike - this is consistent, compounding growth that will fuel our international expansion across 10+ markets.

     

    What We're Looking For:

    3+ years of experience in international performance marketing for large-scale e-commerce projects.

    Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube - hands-on, not just strategy.

    Solid experience with EU markets and cross-border marketing campaigns.

    Strong understanding of performance metrics, customer acquisition funnels, and attribution.

    Proficiency in BI tools, Google Analytics, and data-driven decision making.

    English at B1+ level or higher.

    Strong leadership skills: you've built and managed teams, hired people, and shaped culture.

    Ownership mindset - proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure (especially when accounts get blocked 😉).

     

    Nice to Have:

    Background in the Health & Beauty vertical.

    Experience dealing with account bans, ad rejections, and complex compliance environments.

    Familiarity with influencer marketing and multichannel attribution models.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Own performance marketing strategy and execution across international markets (primarily EU).

    Plan and ensure measurable buyer growth across countries, channels, and partner types.

    Lead and scale a cross-functional team (currently 5 people across PPC, affiliate, creative) to support growth at scale, hire key players for the team.

    Implement a structured hypothesis-testing & documentation framework for campaign experimentation.

    Build and optimize performance marketing funnels (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.).

    Collaborate with BI, product, and content teams to unlock insights and identify high-impact growth opportunities.

    Own performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, buyer growth MoM.
