    Responsibilities:

     

    • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns in Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads for mobile apps.
    • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing toward performance KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS).
    • Develop and test hypotheses: creatives, audiences, placements, funnels, and offers.
    • Set up and validate event tracking; ensure correct attribution via MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) and SKAdNetwork.
    • Conduct regular performance analysis: cohort and channel contribution reports, insights, and scaling recommendations.

     

    Requirements:

     

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile apps via Meta, Google, and/or TikTok.
    • Proven success in achieving CPI/CPA targets and scaling profitable campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills: dashboard building, data interpretation, actionable insights.
    • Solid understanding of attribution models (including post-IDFA), event tracking, funnels, LTV, and ROAS.
    • Languages: English, Ukrainian and Russian

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience
    • 6+ years of experience in at least one modern framework React / Angular / Vue (At least 1 year in React is a must)
    • Significant experience in Backend development in Python/Go/Node/Ruby (Python is a definite advantage)
    • Proven experience with cloud environments, primarily AWS - must
    • Passionate about code design, high-quality code, and code reviews, optimizing and challenging the status quo
    • Deep knowledge and experience in state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proactive by nature, internal drive for excellence and improvement
