What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for a corporate administrator.

We are looking for a builder, operator, and problem-solver who enjoys creating structure, improving execution, scaling teams, and helping ambitious businesses grow.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, can navigate complexity, and has a proven ability to turn business challenges into scalable operational solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Country Manager / Managing Director to spearhead the launch, operational scaling, and P&L performance of our iGaming (Online Casino & Sportsbook) operations in South Africa (based in Cape Town).

As the Country Manager, you will serve as the executive leader in the region—owning the full local P&L, navigating local licensing and regulatory compliance, building out local operations, and executing aggressive player acquisition and retention strategies tailored to the South African market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Leadership & Local Strategy

• Define and execute the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for South Africa to achieve rapid growth, market share capture, and profitability.
• Full P&L responsibility for the South African business entity, managing budgets, EBITDA margins, marketing spend ROI, and unit economics (LTV/CAC).
• Establish and scale the local office in Cape Town, assembling high-performing teams across Marketing, Operations, Payments, Compliance, and Customer Support.

2. Operations, Payments & Local Partnerships

• Oversee daily operations, including Customer Support, KYC/AML verification, Risk & Fraud management, and Local Payments infrastructure.
• Build and optimize localized payment processing solutions, securing integrations with key South African payment gateways (e.g., Capitec Pay, Stitch, Ozow, EFT, vouchers, and card processing).
• Partner with leading global and local iGaming game aggregators, platform providers, and content studios (e.g., Crash/Instant games like Aviator, Spribe, Live Casino, and Sportsbook feeds).

3. Marketing, Acquisition & Retention

• Oversee localized performance marketing, media buying, affiliate networks, and local influencer/brand ambassador partnerships.
• Drive player retention strategies (CRM, VIP management, localized promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs) tailored to local player behavior and preferences.

4. Regulatory Governance & Compliance

• Lead local licensing initiatives and maintain strong relationships with provincial gaming boards (e.g., Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board / Mpumalanga Economic Regulator) and national regulatory bodies.
• Ensure 100% compliance with South African laws, FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act) regulations, responsible gambling guidelines, and advertising standards.

Key Qualifications & Candidate Profile

• Industry Experience: 5+ years of proven leadership experience (Country Manager, COO, CEO, VP Operations, or Commercial Director) within the iGaming / Online Gambling / Fintech sectors.
• Regional Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the South African iGaming/Sportsbook landscape, local payment systems, consumer preferences (e.g., Crash games, Sports betting, Live Casino), and regulatory frameworks.
• P&L & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated track record of managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls, scaling GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue), and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Operational Capabilities: Hands-on experience in building and managing cross-functional teams (Operations, Payments, Marketing, Support, Compliance).

Ever wanted to be the person who actually opens the doors to new advertising platforms and makes global growth happen behind the scenes?

Where you’re not just managing processes, but building relationships with major ad networks, navigating complex onboarding requirements, and getting new accounts live, funded, and ready to scale?
Where you can take a target like “open 15 accounts this month” and figure out how to make it happen - without waiting for someone to tell you what to do next?

If you’re highly autonomous, organized, persistent, and know how to push complex processes forward, this role is for you.

About the Company

We are an international performance marketing company focused on growth across multiple geographies, traffic sources, and products.

Our business operates at high volume, which means growth is not only about running campaigns. It’s also about building the infrastructure that allows our media buying teams to scale.

We work with major advertising platforms and continuously expand our access to new accounts, markets, and opportunities.

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Operations Manager who will own the process of sourcing, opening, and activating new corporate advertising accounts across major global ad networks such as Taboola, Microsoft/Bing, Outbrain, and others.

This is not a standard media buying or campaign management role.

You’ll be the operational engine connecting external advertising platforms with our internal Legal, Tech, Finance, and Media Buying teams.

Your goal is simple: get accounts opened, approved, funded, and ready for our media buyers to scale.

What You’ll Do

Open New Advertising Accounts

• Identify and secure new corporate advertising accounts across AMERICAS, EMEA, and APAC
• Work toward clear monthly account-opening targets
• Research platform requirements and build the process needed to get accounts activated
• Manage multiple onboarding pipelines simultaneously

Build Platform Relationships

• Identify the right Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, and other stakeholders
• Reach out directly and build relationships with key people at major ad networks
• Move beyond standard support channels when necessary
• Develop a network of contacts that can help accelerate future onboarding

Drive the Process End-to-End

• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Tech, and Media Buying teams
• Collect and provide corporate documents, tax information, domains, tracking assets, and financial deposits
• Track every requirement and make sure nothing gets stuck
• Take ownership from the initial contact all the way to account activation

Manage Complex Operations

• Handle dozens of concurrent onboarding processes
• Manage 50+ ongoing email threads and multiple communication channels
• Keep different corporate entities, documents, and platform requirements completely separated
• Maintain accurate records across CRMs and internal workflows
• Make sure there are no administrative or copy-paste mistakes

Push Things Forward

• Follow up consistently with both internal and external stakeholders
• Don’t let documents or requests sit unanswered
• Identify bottlenecks and find ways around them
• When a standard support channel says “no”, find the right person who can actually help

• Solve problems independently instead of waiting for instructions

What You Bring

• Proven experience in operations, project management, B2B relationship management, ad tech onboarding, or a similar role
• Experience working with multiple processes, CRMs, workflows, and communication channels at the same time
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, regions, and cultures
• A strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
• Persistence and excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details
• Experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing is a major plus

• Good English for daily communication with international platforms and partners

What You Get

• Real Impact: Your work directly enables the company to enter new markets and scale advertising operations.
• High Ownership: You’ll have a clear target and the freedom to build your own strategy for achieving it.
• Global Exposure: Work with major international advertising platforms and stakeholders across AMERICAS, EMEA, and APAC.
• Fast-Paced Environment: No unnecessary bureaucracy. You’ll be expected to identify problems and solve them.
• Growth Opportunities: Build expertise across ad tech, operations, partnerships, and global performance marketing.

• International Team: Work closely with Legal, Finance, Tech, Media Buying, and leadership teams across multiple markets.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to work directly with the Head of Project and take full ownership of execution across our most important revenue-driving initiatives.

This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who doesn’t just coordinate work—but owns outcomes end-to-end. You will diagnose problems, make decisions, and deliver results without relying on handoffs.

This is not a support or coordination role. It is a core operations position for someone who is fast, structured, and obsessed with execution quality. The two things we measure above everything else are speed and quality.

We are a fast-growing operation, and this role is critical to how quickly we scale. The right person will eliminate bottlenecks, bring clarity to execution, and ensure that high-priority work gets done—properly and on time.

 Requirements

• 4+ years in operations/ COO role, preferably in marketing/digital marketing/affiliate
• Notion expert — you build, structure, and maintain systems in it
• Proven experience building and rolling out SOPs across teams
• Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority projects without compromising quality
• Solid understanding of marketing and growth operations
• Excellent English (C1 or above), written and verbal
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and fast — you don’t need repetition and don’t repeat mistakes

• Strong ownership mentality over processes and outcomes, not just tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, or similar)
• Background in media, newsletters, affiliate, or performance marketing
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Google Sheets, or Airtable

Responsibilities

Project and Task Execution

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects — diagnose, decide, and deliver without handoffs
• Execute high-priority projects from brief to completion with full ownership of delivery
• Track all active projects, flag delays early, and proactively push work to completion
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across marketing, operations, and tech
• Maintain constant visibility: always know what’s happening, what’s stuck, and what’s next.

Operational Frameworks and SOPs

• Build and roll out SOPs so the team can execute consistently and independently
• Create scalable operational frameworks that reduce reliance on tribal knowledge
• Identify slow or broken processes and fix them with systems, not workarounds
• Go beyond identifying issues — diagnose and implement solutions
• Own Notion as the central operational hub: structured, accurate, and always up to date
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation that reflect reality at all times

Strategic Execution Support

• Turn priorities from the Head of Project into clear, actionable plans with owners and deadlines
• Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and follow-through
• Support monetization, growth, and automation initiatives with structured execution
• Conduct research and deliver tight, actionable summaries for fast decision-making

Documentation and Knowledge Management

• Document every process and recurring task directly in Notion
• Write clear, concise instructions that anyone on the team can follow without guidance
• Build and maintain a knowledge base that scales with the team and reduces onboarding friction

Who Fits This Role

You thrive in high-responsibility environments where you’re trusted to own outcomes, not just execute tasks. You naturally take initiative, solve problems at the root, and push work across the finish line without being chased.

You bring structure to chaos, build systems that scale, and maintain them because you know execution quality depends on it. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and consistently deliver at a high standard.

What It Means to Be Part of Our Team

• Multinational and intercultural experience
• Corporate library
• Work alongside a high-performing team
• Strong growth opportunities
• Exposure to cutting-edge frameworks and technologies
• Competitive salary
• Team activities (football, basketball, tennis, board games, and more)
• Performance-based bonuses
• 21 paid vacation days & 14 paid sick leaves
• Work-life balance
• Cozy office in Warsaw available anytime
• Snacks, coffee, tea, fruits, and more
• Supportive and driven teammates

Country Manager — South Africa (iGaming)

We are looking for a Country Manager to lead the local operations of a licensed iGaming brand in South Africa.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands gambling operations, can manage a local team, work with regulators and partners, and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations and development of the business in the country.

Being based in Cape Town is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the iGaming business in South Africa.
• Lead the local team, including structure, processes, performance, and development.
• Work directly with the local gambling regulator and coordinate regulatory matters with Legal/Compliance.
• Oversee compliance with local licence requirements and operational compliance processes.

• Identify operational issues and independently drive the necessary changes.
• Monitor the local market, competitors, and opportunities for business development.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Gambling/iGaming operations.
• Experience managing teams and operational processes.
• Understanding of the key processes of a B2C gambling operator, including acquisition, player lifecycle, payments, support, KYC/Compliance, and Responsible Gambling.
• Commercial mindset and ability to work with business and operational KPIs.
• Ability to make independent decisions and coordinate multiple functions.

• experience working with a locally licensed gambling operator;
• hands-on experience dealing directly with a gambling regulator;
• experience managing local/on-the-ground staff;
• understanding of local acquisition, Affiliates, and other traffic acquisition channels.

Who We Are Not Looking For

• A manager without practical Gambling/iGaming experience.
• A specialist with exclusively narrow functional experience — Marketing, Compliance, Finance, or Sales — without broader operational management experience.
• A manager who is comfortable coordinating processes but is unwilling to personally solve operational problems.
• Someone unwilling to work directly with the local team, partners, and regulatory processes.
• A candidate who is not based in Cape Town and is not prepared to work there on a permanent basis.

What We Offer

• A key role in managing and developing a local iGaming business in South Africa.
• Direct influence over operational processes, local team structure, and brand development.
• The opportunity to work within a locally licensed gambling business.
• Close collaboration with the group’s central Product, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and other functions.
• A high level of autonomy in managing local operational matters.

The Core Principle of the Role

We are not looking for an administrator of a single function. We need a hands-on local business leader who understands gambling operations, can work effectively with people, regulatory matters, and commercial challenges, and takes ownership of the performance of the brand in South Africa.

We are a global group of companies operating since 2015. We run multiple B2C sports betting and casino brands and are focused on Tier 1-2 markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution across core business functions and keep operations running smoothly

• Own communication with traffic partners and affiliates: negotiate conditions, document agreements, track outcomes

• In the early phase, be involved hands-on in several directions; later, shift focus toward delegation and coordinating a growing team

Requirements

• English level: confident working proficiency (B2+)
• 2+ years in operational roles in iGaming / sports betting  (B2C focus)
• Experience launching or expanding into new GEOs and increasing operational capacity without chaos
• Comfortable using BI dashboards and task trackers as an end user (not a data analyst role)
• High initiative, fast reaction, ownership mentality, ability to drive things to completion

Execution mindset.

• Це найшвидший шлях стати повноцінним COO холдингу в топовій продуктовій компанії транснаціонального масштабу;
• Ти не будеш «підтримувати» систему, а добудуєш її, доведеш компанію до стадії “Зірка” / “Стабільність” (згідно із типологією І. Адізеса);
• Ти отримаєш доступ до міжнародного бізнесу з високим оборотом і реальною складністю (юридичною, фінансовою та технічною);
• Наші продукти працюють на глобальні ринки і ти зможеш розвивати їхній потенціал від Ідеї до Unicorn-статусу;

• Створиш єдиний операційній контур: синхронізуєш роботу команд Marketing, IT/Product, Legal та Finance для підвищення ефективності;
• Розвантажиш CEO та COO: переймеш на себе операційне управління ключовими вузлами бізнесу (наприклад, зв’язка Marketing + Product + Compliance);
• Управління юридичною та податковою архітектурою: візьмеш на себе контроль за стійкістю структури групи, комплаєнсом платежів та мінімізацією регуляторних ризиків;
• Трансформуєш аналітику: перетвориш відділ аналітики з сервісу запитів на функцію, що генерує гіпотези та варіанти рішень;
• Управління спеціальними проектами: M&A, запуск нових продуктів в межах R&D, реструктуризація активів;

• Executive-level operating skills: досвід управління складними структурами, де результат залежить від синхронізації 5+ різних функцій;
• Business system thinking: здатність бачити бізнес як набір взаємопов'язаних вузлів (Legal → Finance / Marketing → Product) і проектувати зв'язки між ними;
• Cross-functional mastery: глибоке розуміння логіки роботи маркетингу (acquisition), фінансів (treasury/billing), юриспруденції та продуктової розробки. Ти маєш розмовляти однією мовою з CMO, CFO, CLO та CPO;
• Design of operating cadence: вміння вибудовувати ритм життєдіяльності компанії: від системи звітів до циклів стратегічного планування та розбору відхилень;
• Prioritization & Execution: навичка «дотискати» задачі до фіналу в умовах дефіциту часу та високої неоднозначності;
• Analytical depth:

• Досвід у нішах Digital Consumer Subscriptions, де критично важливі білінг-процеси та робота з ризиками;
• Досвід роботи з міжнародними структурами (10+ юрисдикцій), розуміння концепцій substance, tax compliance та регуляторних обмежень;
• Успішні кейси масштабування бізнесу за рахунок оптимізації процесів, а не лише збільшення штату;
• Досвід на позиціях Chief of Staff, General Manager, Chief Operating Officer або Head of Operations у великих продуктових компаніях;
1 (Advanced).

Co-Founder Spirio.

Spirio

(UA, Creative, Design, Brand).
• Rapid Testing Framework & R&D:

• Автономія та масштаб: повний карт-бланш на управління командою 30+ людей, розподіл мільйонних бюджетів та перебудову операційної системи — нуль мікроменеджменту від CEO;
• Сильний продукт: рейтинг 4.8 в US App Store, 250 000+ активних підписників, власна медіа-студія, амбіція здобути статус App of the Year;
• Результат = Вплив: твої рішення напряму конвертуються у ріст бізнесу і твій фінансовий результат;
• Пряма комунікація з фаундерами: делеговані рішення дійсно делеговані, швидкий фідбек і відсутність бюрократії;
• Сильний ресурсний базис: власний продакшн, розроблена інфраструктура, сформована команда спеціалістів, які потребують вертикального лідера;
• Фінансова мотивація: прив'язана до агресивного росту бізнесу та досягнення targets;

• Proven Leadership & Ops Background: успішний досвід на позиціях Founding Partner, Head of Operations, Head of Growth, COO, у heavy-operations / tech / scaleup компаніях зі складною структурою (глибокий досвід у суто performance-маркетингу НЕ є обов'язковим — нам важлива твоя здатність будувати системи, керувати 30+ людьми та тримати дисципліну ROI);
• Hunger for Growth: високий рівень енергії, здорова «жага до грошей» та бізнес-перемог, готовність працювати у високому темпі й драйвити команду власною залученістю;
• High Cognitive Capacity & First-Principles Thinking: здатність бачити хаос, швидко розкладати складні поняття на прості елементи, виявляти першопричини проблем та пропонувати системні рішення;
• Data & ROI Mindset: глибока аналітична культура — ухвалення рішень на основі цифр, когортного аналізу, окупності та LTV/CAC, а не інтуїції;
• High Ownership & Maturity:

Meta, Google.

• SKELAR Platform.

Запрошуємо будувати the next big everything у SKELAR разом
