About the Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager with hands-on experience in the iGaming industry.

You will be responsible for managing existing affiliate partnerships, recruiting new partners, negotiating commercial terms, and analyzing traffic quality and profitability. The main focus will be South Africa; however, experience with other African GEOs, including Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, and Tanzania, will also be highly relevant.

• At least one year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms such as Affilka, NetRefer, B2B platforms, or custom-built solutions.
• Experience issuing tracking links and analyzing partner-level traffic performance.
• Experience with the South African market is highly preferred.
• Experience with other African markets, such as Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, or Tanzania, will also be considered.
• Experience working with licensed or regulated gambling products would be a strong advantage.

Обовʼязки:
Виявляти, залучати та керувати партнерами: партнерськими мережами, SEO-видавцями, сайтами з оглядами та командами медіабаїнгу.

Вести переговори щодо умов RevShare та інших моделей співпраці.

Виявляти та запобігати шахрайському трафіку, контролювати дотримання всіх домовленостей.

Аналізувати падіння OAC, конверсії або прибутковості та вживати коригувальних заходів.

Вибудовувати та підтримувати відносини з Tier-1 партнерами, особливо в Канаді та США.

Представляти компанію на affiliate-конференціях та розширювати професійну мережу.

Вимоги:

Підтверджений досвід роботи Affiliate Manager від 1 року у сфері iGaming / Gambling.

Обов’язковий досвід роботи в Affiliate Network.

Досвід роботи з SEO-трафіком, сайтами з оглядами, партнерськими мережами та командами медіабаїнгу.

Досвід ведення переговорів щодо RevShare.

Досвід роботи з Affilka.

Англійська мова B2+ — здатність впевнено вести переговори та ділове листування.
Можливості відвідувати міжнародні конференції.

Вимоги

• Досвід роботи Affiliate/Bizdev-спеціалістом від 1 року в медіабаїнговій команді або сітці.
• Глибоке розуміння ніші.
• Вміння працювати з Keitaro, Affise, тощо. Здатність формувати / налаштовувати посилання, постбеки, потоки.
• Вміння аналізувати ефективність трафіку, вчасно приймати рішення для покращення ефективності.
• Розуміння метрик ефективності трафіка: конверсія, EPC, CPA, ROI etc;
• Знання різних моделей монетизації трафіку (CPA, Revshare, Hybrid);
• Аналітичне мислення, уважність до деталей і здатність працювати системно.
• Висока відповідальність, орієнтація на результат і командну взаємодію.
• Досвід роботи у висококонкурентних нішах на західних ринках буде перевагою.

Обов’язки

• Повноцінне супроводження нашого трафіку від посилання на сайті до рекламодавця.
• Пошук і укладання домовленостей з рекламодавцями на найкращих умовах.
• Ведення, контроль фінансової звітності і виплат від рекламодавців.
• Налаштування, подальше керування і оптимізація кампаній в трекері.
• Оцінка і пропозиції по покращенню конверсії і юзабіліті сайтів.
• Взаємодія з усіма членами команди, які працюють над проектом.
• Ведення звітності.
