What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing our affiliate network by identifying, approaching, and onboarding high-quality partners across Tier-1 markets.
- Building lasting partnerships based on trust, transparency, and mutual growth.
- Negotiating deals and finding win-win terms that drive performance for both sides.
- Optimizing affiliate campaigns to improve traffic quality, conversion rates, and overall profitability.
- Analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Representing the company at international industry events and conferences to build connections and unlock new business opportunities.
- Working with internal CRM systems, analytics tools, and payment platforms to keep partnerships running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming or sports betting industry.
- A solid understanding of Tier-1 markets, their dynamics, and affiliate acquisition strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to identify opportunities that translate into measurable results.
- A proactive, independent approach to work — you know how to get things moving without waiting to be told what to do.
- A genuine interest in growing your expertise and impact within the iGaming industry.
- Fluent English and the confidence to negotiate and build professional relationships with international partners.
