Head of Affiliate

PrimeFox is looking for a strong Head of Affiliate for a new iGaming project focused on the Argentine market.

The project is preparing for launch. The product covers Casino, Sportsbook and Prediction Market on the SoftSwiss platform. The core infrastructure is already in place, including payment solutions and a local support team.

We are looking for a leader with deep expertise in Argentina, an established affiliate network and a proven record of scaling affiliate traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the affiliate strategy for the Argentine market.
• Build and grow the affiliate acquisition channel from scratch.
• Onboard strong affiliate partners and develop relationships with them.
• Negotiate and agree commercial models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid.
• Manage traffic volume, quality and acquisition economics.
• Analyze FTD, CPA, NGR, ROI, retention and other performance metrics.
• Work closely with CRM, Product, BI and Finance.
• Set KPIs, forecasts and scaling plans.
• Own the agreed business targets.

What we expect

• Proven iGaming affiliate marketing experience in the Argentine market.
• Your own active network of affiliate partners for this GEO.
• Strong cases of attracting large volumes of high-quality traffic.
• Deep understanding of the Argentine Casino and/or Sportsbook market.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of iGaming unit economics.
• Experience building or scaling an affiliate department.
• Ability to make decisions independently and take ownership of results.

Nice to have: experience with SoftSwiss, launching iGaming brands from scratch, and expertise in both Casino and Sportsbook.
