Affiliate Manager/Sweepstakes Casino USA

Employment Details

• Compensation: $1,200–2,500 fixed salary + KPI bonuses, depending on experience.
• Work format: Fully remote or office-based (Prague, Czech Republic).
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 15:00–00:00 (Prague time).
• Cooperation: B2B with official payments to your bank account. The company covers applicable taxes separately; they are not deducted from your agreed salary.
   

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Build and develop an active network of affiliate partners.
• Manage partnerships and negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals.
• Launch and scale affiliate traffic in the US market.
• Monitor traffic quality and analyze FTDs, deposits, ROI, and partner performance.
• Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and postbacks.
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing within Casino / Gambling / iGaming.
• Recent hands-on experience with the US market (currently or within the last 3 months).
• An active affiliate partner base with the potential to generate traffic.
• Experience with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking, FTD, deposits, and ROI.
• English proficiency: B2+ / C1.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
