Affiliate Manager / Sweepstakes Casino (USA)

• Employment: Full-time, B2B contract
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 15:00–00:00 Prague time
• Compensation: Up to $2,000 per month + performance-based bonuses (KPI)
• Payments: Official bank transfers; the company covers income tax separately
• English: B2+ (C1 preferred)
   

Responsibilities

• Independently source and acquire new affiliate partners for the US market.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with affiliates.
• Leverage an existing network of active affiliate partners.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiations to onboarding, traffic launch, and scaling.
• Negotiate commercial terms using CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Identify and evaluate US traffic sources and assess the quality of acquired players.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including FTDs, deposits, traffic profitability, and ROI.
• Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and postbacks.
• Optimize partner performance, increase traffic volumes, and achieve agreed KPIs.
• Track performance and prepare regular reports.
   

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing within Casino, iGaming, or Sweepstakes.
• Recent experience working with US traffic is mandatory. Experience must be current or have ended within the last three months.
• Understanding of the Sweepstakes Casino business model and its specifics.
• An active network of affiliate partners who could potentially be onboarded.
• Proven ability to independently source, negotiate with, onboard, and grow affiliate partnerships.
• Knowledge of effective US traffic sources and experience evaluating traffic quality.
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership models.
• Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and postbacks.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• English B2+ for professional correspondence, calls, and negotiations; C1 is preferred.
• A results-driven mindset and willingness to work toward clearly defined performance KPIs.
