    Your Profile

    • You have a technical background and at least 5 years of practical experience as a developer, ideally in the service provider environment.
    • You have excellent knowledge of Laravel, are confident in using it, have in-depth knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL, and have experience with Docker.
      Basic knowledge of PrimeVue and Figma is a plus.
    • You have experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines, ideally via GitHub Actions. Knowledge of Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), as well as applications in cloud environments such as Azure or DigitalOcean, is a plus.
    • You have a solid understanding of software architecture principles and their practical application.

    Project

    The tools being developed are designed for IT service providers, also known as Managed Service Providers (MSPs). These tools help automate various activities performed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), such as data backup and restoration, security management, and administrative tasks within Microsoft 365 tenants.

    The project’s primary objective is to handle the migration of the current product to the Customer’s infrastructure.

    We follow a Kanban-based development process, and you can expect daily status meetings with the Customer.

    In this role, you will work closely with the product management, engineering, and QA teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver features that enhance our MSP software ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives.

    Tech stack: Oracle NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, C#, .NET Core, and MS Azure.

    Team composition: You’ll build a new team of up to 7 people, combining current employees and new hires. The team will focus on migrating the existing product to the Customer’s infrastructure and will collaborate closely with their Director of Engineering, Product Manager, and Technical Lead.

     

    Requirements

    • At least 3+ years of management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments
    • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle(SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
