Partner Support Operations Specialist $$ Offline
Responsibilities:
- Handle partner requests via Telegram and internal communication channels.
- Verify transaction data, identify inconsistencies, and investigate reasons for losses or delays.
- Maintain and analyze internal reports and spreadsheets (mainly Excel).
- Collaborate with technical and finance teams to resolve non-standard cases.
- Keep accurate records of requests and ensure timely responses.
Requirements:
- Full engagement during shifts — tasks arrive continuously.
- Basic Excel skills (filters, formulas, sorting, simple pivot tables).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills in Russian (English is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal bureaucracy.
Conditions:
- Remote work (GMT+3 to GMT+5).
- Salary: ~€900/month, up to €1000 after 2-month probation.
- No formal employment contract.
