Since launching in 2021, we’ve been providing professional support services for international B2B and B2C clients.     We’re currently expanding our team for one of our partners — the TCG project, and we’re looking for a Customer Support Representative (German Desk) to join our international customer care team.

    Required experience and skills:

    • 6+ months of experience аs Customer Support;
    • German — C1 + (both written and spoken);

    Requirements:
    - Excellent knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian/English language norms, punctuation, grammar, stylistics.

    - Mastery of editing and proofreading techniques (both technical and semantic).

    - Basic understanding of visual text presentation (readability, work with headings, lists, etc.).

    - Knowledge of and adherence to the tone of voice of the brand/company.
     

    Will be plus

    - Ability to work with graphic editors (Figma)

    Responsibilities:
    - Checking and editing texts of internal communications (news, newsletters, posts in corporate channels, presentations, scripts, etc.).

    - Checking and editing texts of the holding company's service teams (policies, presentations, articles, training courses).

    - Ensuring a consistent tone of voice and style in communications.

    - Coordinating and final proofreading of texts before publication.

    - Maintaining a glossary of terms, style and punctuation standards.

    - Supporting authors of texts: recommendations on improving structure, logic, clarity of presentation.

    - Layout of materials in Figma.

    - Participation in the development of communication guides and manuals.

    • Leading and mentoring the team (developers and QAs) that builds platform integrations
    • Own all technical aspects of our Integrations, making sure they are built in alignment with our business goals and act as a point of contact for architecture and cross-functional initiatives

    • Possess a solid mixture of backend and frontend skills having working knowledge of Java, Typescript, Spring, Kubernetes, REST API, CI/CD (Gitlab CI / Jenkins)
