DKG is looking for an experienced Web Developer to redesign the underlying website-development system, not simply build individual pages.

Our current workflow combines Wix with custom HTML pages and components, including AI-assisted generation of frontend code. While this enables rapid prototyping, it also creates limitations in performance, SEO, maintainability, content editing and scalability across a large website portfolio.

The first objective of this role is therefore to determine and implement the best long-term architecture for DKG's public web infrastructure.

About the work

We build and maintain industry intelligence databases - organizations, people, products and their relationships across sectors such as HealthTech, QuantumTech, LegalTech and wellness, covering multiple regions. Every one of them starts as messy public data and has to end up as a clean, deduplicated, verifiable dataset that analysts and downstream products can rely on.

That means the hard problems here are not "write a scraper". They are: how do you know two records are the same organization? How do you prove where a field came from six months later? How do you re-run a collection over a source that changed its markup, without corrupting what you already have?

You will work directly with the Head of Data Science and a team of AI and data engineers.

What we care about

Two things, mostly.

You question your own data. The engineers who work out well here are the ones who notice that a source silently changed its schema, that a "97% match rate" is hiding a systematic bias, that a field is populated but wrong. Volume without verification is worth nothing to us.

You explain your reasoning. Much of this work involves judgment calls that nobody can check quickly - which record wins a merge, what confidence threshold to use, when to stop enriching. We need those decisions written down and defensible, not buried in a script.

About the Role

Deep Knowledge Group (DKG - https://www.dkv.global/) is seeking a highly organized, practical and independently operating Admin Manager to support its growing presence and operations in Dubai.

This is a hands-on operational role. The successful candidate will be responsible not merely for routine office administration, but for ensuring that DKG's local infrastructure works smoothly in practice: premises, suppliers, procurement, documentation, logistics, local coordination and day-to-day operational problem solving.

The role is particularly suitable for someone who is comfortable taking an objective such as “set up the office,” “find the best provider,” or “solve this local operational issue” and independently turning it into a clear sequence of actions, options and completed results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the establishment, setup and continuing operation of DKG's Dubai office and local infrastructure.
• Search for suitable office premises; coordinate viewings, quotations, negotiations and practical comparisons.
• Coordinate office setup including furniture, equipment, internet, utilities and other required services.
• Identify, compare and manage local suppliers, service providers, landlords, contractors and vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations and provide concise recommendations based on cost, quality, timing and reliability.
• Coordinate purchases, deliveries, installations, repairs and routine office requirements.
• Maintain organized records of suppliers, contracts, recurring expenses, purchases, equipment and administrative documents.
• Support local meetings, appointments, events, travel logistics and other practical arrangements where required.
• Coordinate administrative requests between Dubai-based activities and DKG's international team.
• Support onboarding and offboarding logistics for team members where local action is required.
• Identify operational problems early and resolve them without requiring excessive supervision.
• Improve administrative workflows and establish simple checklists, registries and repeatable processes where useful.
   

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an operator rather than a purely administrative coordinator.

The right person should be able to move comfortably between planning and execution: researching options, making calls, visiting locations, comparing providers, preparing documentation, following up persistently and confirming that the final result has actually been delivered.
 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, operations, procurement or a comparable role.
• Based in Dubai and able to travel regularly across the city.
• Strong spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and follow them through to completion.
• Experience working with vendors, quotations, invoices, contracts and operational documentation.
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and standard productivity tools.
• High attention to detail and strong personal reliability.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving international environment.
   

Strong Advantages

• Previous experience setting up or relocating an office in Dubai.
• Existing knowledge of Dubai suppliers, property agents, contractors or business-service providers.
• Experience working in a technology company, investment group, startup or other rapidly evolving environment.
• UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Within the first months, the Admin Manager should become the person the team can rely upon to turn Dubai-based operational requirements into completed outcomes: presenting sensible options quickly, controlling costs, maintaining clean documentation and resolving issues without repeated management intervention.
