Project / Product Manager

We are looking for Project / Product Managers to take ownership of commercial, technology and longevity-related projects from concept to execution.

We welcome candidates from different professional backgrounds. Experience in all of the areas below is not required; however, candidates who combine experience across multiple areas will be strongly preferred.

Relevant backgrounds may include
 

• FinTech / Banking — financial products, payments, banking solutions or related commercial projects
• Product Management — developing and launching digital, technology or commercial products
• Project Management — managing complex projects from planning through final delivery
• Procurement / International Sourcing — supplier management, equipment procurement, manufacturing or sourcing, including experience with international markets such as China
• Technology & Digital Platforms — development or management of digital platforms and technology-enabled products
• International Business & Commercial Development — launching and developing products, partnerships or business initiatives across different markets

Experience in longevity is welcome but is not a requirement.

What we are looking for
Depending on your background, you should be able to take ownership of a project or product and drive it toward a concrete result.

This may involve:
 

• Structuring and managing projects end-to-end
• Coordinating internal teams and external partners
• Turning research, data or business requirements into practical products and deliverables
• Managing product development and commercialization
• Working with technology teams, suppliers, manufacturers or business partners
• Developing professional client-facing materials and commercial solutions
• Managing timelines, priorities and final delivery
• Using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, content development, project management and day-to-day execution

Key requirements
 

• Proven Project Management or Product Management experience
• Strong practical proficiency with AI tools and the ability to integrate AI into everyday workflows
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently
• Practical, execution-oriented approach
• Strong business and commercial understanding
• Ability to coordinate different teams and stakeholders
• Ability to turn ideas, research and requirements into finished deliverables
• Strong English communication skills

Practical AI proficiency is a mandatory requirement. Candidates should be comfortable using modern AI tools independently to improve productivity, conduct research and analysis, structure information, prepare deliverables and support project execution.
