This internship is designed to give you real hands-on experience in IT sales and help you grow into a Junior Sales Specialist.

About the Internship Program

We are looking for a Trainee Sales Manager who wants to start a career in IT sales and business development.

This program is designed for candidates without commercial experience or with minimal experience, who want to learn how B2B sales work in the IT industry.

Duration: 1โ€“2 months (may be extended depending on results)
Format: Remote / online office
Stipend: $100โ€“200 (depending on candidate skills)

Successful trainees may receive an offer for the Junior Sales Specialist position.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the fundamentals of B2B sales and the full sales cycle
  • Research and identify potential clients (LinkedIn, Upwork, databases)
  • Assist with launching cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn)
  • Support lead qualification and CRM management
  • Participate in client calls and internal meetings
  • Assist with preparing commercial proposals and presentations
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research

Requirements

  • Interest in sales, business development, and the IT industry
  • Proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • English level โ€” B2 or higher
  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and Google Workspace / MS Office will be a plus
