We’re Applyft, a Ukrainian product company. Our journey began with the Geozilla family locator, launched in 2015. Today, we have a diverse portfolio of products in lifestyle, education, photo & video, and entertainment, with over 5M monthly active users and a solid 20% QoQ revenue growth.

We're now expanding into the Mental Health space with a new venture. Our mission is to help people find peace in chaos, build resilience, and live fulfilling, balanced lives.

Having launched recently, we’ve already established a profitable unit economy and are actively scaling. It’s time to move from MVP to MLP, launch mobile apps on iOS and Android, and unlock more value for our users. This is a unique opportunity to join as a Product Manager, be among the first team members, and grow into a Head of Product role while taking ownership of key product areas.

What you’ll do:

• Form and lead the product team, launch development, and take full ownership of the entire process
• Own the full product development cycle: from competitive research and scoping to execution and continuous improvement based on data
• Build and scale the mobile product from the ground up, contributing to strategy and execution
• Generate hypotheses and run A/B tests to improve product metrics and increase user satisfaction (eNPS)
• Conduct ongoing user and market research to identify pain points and opportunities
• Take ownership of in-product content creation to maximize user value

About you:

• At least 1 years of experience as a Product Manager, with successful cases of building B2C products;
• Experience working with mobile applications (iOS/Android) and knowledge of guidelines of those platforms
• Experience working with content creation within product
• Strong empathy and product intuition
• Proficient knowledge of working with AI instruments for content creation (visual, text)
• Proficient in analyzing product metrics and enhancing them through hypotheses;
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, GA and Amplitude;
• Excellent communication skills;
• High level of autonomy in decision-making, flexible and capable of adapting to changing conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage large amounts of information;
• High level of self-organization and time management skills, with a keen eye for details;
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Now we are looking for a Middle/Senior Data Engineer to join our Analytics team

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop and maintain Data pipelines and ETL processes for internal DWH
• Develop and support integrations with 3rd party systems
• Be responsible for the quality of data presented in BI dashboards
• Collaborate with data analysts to troubleshoot data issues and optimize data workflows

Your professional qualities:

• 3+ years of BI/DWH development experience
• Excellent knowledge of database concepts and hands-on experience with SQL
• Proven experience of designing, implementing, and maintaining ETL data pipelines
• Hands-on experience writing production-level Python code
• Experience working with cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Business Intelligence software (Looker Studio)
• Experience with billing systems, enterprise financial reporting, subscription monetization products
• Experience of supporting product and marketing data analytics

Now we are looking for a Middle PHP Developer to join our Engineering team

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain backend services in a high-load microservices environment
• Integrate third-party services, including payment gateways and marketing analytics platforms
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization of backend systems
• Collaborate closely with the Mobile, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Write unit tests using PHPUnit to ensure high code quality and coverage
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend applications
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of the system

Your professional qualities:

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with PHP (using frameworks like Symfony, Laravel, Yii)
• Experience with Symfony is a must
• Strong experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture in production environments
• Experience with integrating marketing analytics systems
• Proficient in building and consuming REST APIs
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with MySQL or other relational databases
• Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ or SQS for asynchronous processing
• Good understanding of testing principles and experience with PHPUnit
• English level: Intermediate

Will be a plus:

• Experience integrating payment systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) 
• Knowledge of Golang
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Architecture and CQRS patterns
• Knowledge of caching tools like Redis or Memcached for performance optimization

Now we are looking for an Middle/Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our Marketing team

What you’ll do:

• Planning, managing and reporting UA strategy for your channels for multiple apps and platforms
• Enhance campaign's performance by leveraging LTV and cohorts analysis techniques
• Run tests, collect and evaluate data, pinpoint trends and insights and manage budgets to maximize ROI
• Work closely with the Creative team, analyzing market trends and creatives to inform and enhance our UA strategy

Your professional qualities:

• 2 + years of experience in app promotion through Meta, Google
• Full cycle of managing advertising campaigns: launching, analysis and optimization
• Understanding of unit economics, LTV and ROAS, ability to work with prediction
• Work experience with iOS (SKAN/AEM/web2app) Android and/or WEB traffic
• Knowledge of analytic systems and MMP (AppsFlyer, Tableau, Google Analytics etc.)
• Up-to-date knowledge of UA platforms and UA strategies and deep understanding of mobile attribution
• Proficiency in Excel and Spreadsheets, ability to work with large amounts of data and multitask
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, develop innovative UA strategies and adapt to changing market dynamics.
• Make data-driven decisions that maximize ROI, using precise metrics and actionable insights 

Will be a plus:

• Skills in optimizing and automating routine tasks through scripts and/or third-party services or experience in implementing your own solutions
• Experience working with utilities, health&fitness, entertainment apps
• Experience working with apps with different models of monetization (subscriptions and hybrid)

Now we are looking for a Billing Manager to join our team

What you’ll do:

• Maintaining and developing the billing infrastructure of our web projects
• Monitoring of key indicators affecting billing efficiency: authorization rate, monitoring of risk metrics, including detailed analytics
• Negotiating with payment providers
• Setting tasks for the development team and supporting it
• Close work with product managers, support team, financiers, management and with the development team

• 1+ years of experience as Billing Manager/Support Manager
• Experience with chargebacks, refunds
• Interest in billing/payments and desire to develop in this niche
• Analytical mindset and systematic approach to completing tasks
• Independence, formulation of hypotheses and proposals for solving assigned problems
• Proactivity and focus on finding new ideas to improve the financial performance of the project
• English — at least Upper Intermediate is a must

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the financial or banking sector
• Experience working with payment systems
• Understanding of unit economics and data driven decision-making methodology
• Skill in creating technical requirements for developers and running A/B tests
• Experience in negotiations with clients/contractors
