The company creates ready-made prompts, custom GPTs, no-code automations and maintains a catalog of AI tools for working with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok. Everything is collected in one place.

Their products help automate workflows and close business tasks with user-friendly prompts and guides. The company's mission is to change the way people approach work and life so they can work more effectively and achieve more. 

The main objective of the role
is to build and scale the client’s organic social media presence, increase brand awareness, create shareable AI content, and convert social media audiences into engaged newsletter subscribers. The client is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to grow their AI newsletter and media brand, which has over 120,000 subscribers, approximately 80% of whom live in the US.
 

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Instagram and TikTok management: generate ideas, write scripts, shoot and edit Reels and short videos.
• Display content to reach 100,000 or more and maintain this level consistently.
• Attract over 10,000 leads per month through social media, including to the company's newsletter and digital products.
• Manage Twitter (X): plan and publish posts and threads, work with the audience, and increase engagement.
• Track trends in AI and social media and quickly adapt them to your brand.
• Analyze metrics (reach, engagement, lead conversion) and use them to improve your content strategy.
• Test new formats, hooks, and approaches to increase virality.

Candidate Requirements
Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or organic social media growth.
• Previous experience in AI, SaaS, technology, media, education platforms, or digital startups is highly desirable.
• The results of organic growth of social media accounts have been confirmed.
• Experience creating content for an English-speaking audience from the US or other countries.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.

• Experience working with newsletter brands, digital media companies, or content-based businesses would be a plus.

   

Skills:

• Expertise in viral content is essential for SaaS.
• Excellent written English (C1+ or equivalent practical level).
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and viral content creation skills.
• Deep interest in artificial intelligence, AI tools, automation, and new technologies.
• Ability to independently track AI news, trends, and new products.
• Ability to create engaging concepts for short videos, carousels, and educational posts.
• Understanding social media algorithms, audience engagement, and organic growth strategies.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Higsfield and other AI tools for content creation.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and constantly improve content strategy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a regular content calendar.
